The “ Truth” is Jesus Christ created us all. We are all sinners. When we die it’s either in Christ and all your sins paid by what Jesus did on the cross and live eternal life in a brand new eternal body and know what living really is. The other is dying not believing that Jesus paid the price for your sins, die with sin on your soul and go directly to Hell, then after God’s Judgement, the Lake of Fire, where your spiritual father Satan will be. For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son,that whosoever believes in him will not perish ( Hell ) but will have everlasting “ Life” John 3:16. This is the truth, you choose!! God gives you free will. He is not going to force anyone to be with him!!

I don’t know about not dying one’s hair anymore after 70. I still dye mine as well as color my eyebrows just enough to not look too out of place or too unnatural when I go out and people still say I don’t look a day over 50 years old. This makes me feel better after 70 for now, but eventually, I realize we all have to face reality in the face at some point in our lives. The secret to looking younger is not to do things to yourself that make you look too harsh looking or plastic as you age. Each person’s aging process is different appearance wise, health-wise, our DNA makeup, etc. Of course as our energies continue to wane, so does our effort to dye our hair or put on some light makeup to boost our morale a little for some of us. I started doing a lot of these things on this video in my early 60’s like getting rid of toxic people, not letting any religious or political organizations control my life, downsizing on material things. It’s still a work in progress for me but the thing is to be happy with ourselves and enjoy life! Thanks for the reminders. Much appreciated.

Live creatively in a way that suits you and gives you a desire to get out of bed in the morning. There is no more important time in life to be a great advocate of yourself than retirement years

I didn't wait to age to get my values straight. On the other hand, there is no scarcity of time when one ages. The scarcity is with energy. One needs to prioritize activities and allocate energy for the schedule.

At age 80 I suddenly realized that everything is bullsh t. Knowing this gave me such relief…..then the election bs brought me back. it was really relaxing. Wish I could go back

It's time to purge everything and give it away...! Become a minimalist. I'm 73, but I feel like I'm 55. People believe I'm between 54 and 62. It's mainly because I carry myself as a much younger person. I don't wear older lady clothes or have an old ladies hairstyle. My attitude is much younger and I prefer to date men who are much younger...!! I like to laugh which is what many older people forget to do. All they talk about are their pains and the medications they're taking. They also make their pets a large part of their conversation. I like to go out with friends and listen to live music and dance. Get off your butts and go do something fun...!! You are as Old as you BELIEVE ❤

Strangely at the age of 74, I defriended all my liberal idiot friends and in looking back I ask myself, why did I tolerate those stupid fools to begin with?

Maybe we should think this way in our 20’s and 30’s. I think we could be happier and more fulfilled. 🧐🤷‍♂️

I'm a 70 year old American man. I rid myself of both religious and patriotic conditioning years ago one at a time. I experienced a profound realization hidden in my sub conscious mind through meditating 30 minutes twice a day am and pm for 3 months. Pleasant things arose too but the realization was very emotionally painful but it freed me from choosing the wrong women for partners which I had done consistently up to my then present age of 48. I lived alone for 15 years in Pa. and in N. Cali. It was an essential part of my over all growth and development. I've lived with my eldest daughter, granddaughter and Orange Tabby cat Punky and I feel peaceful like this is where I belong as I approach my mortality. God Bless, Peace & Love to all!

In Japan, there many old people living alone and die in their home nobody know. After found, their are organizations manage the body, clean up and manage thing left.

I didn't get far into this analysis without disagreeing. Loss is a time which you will be face-to-face with YOU. It's better late than never. *from a person who was considered different for not getting married. At times it's felt mean to me (people's inane comments). But then, i had to chuckle to myself and know the truth about myself, probably more than they've ever known about themselves.
