If a person is "squatting" then they wouldn't have the ability to pay for the house more than likely. Hence the squatting.

Actually to my knowledge there are squaters rights in Tennessee but you have to of lived there for 20 years.

there are no squatters rights in tennessee. we have two options, one explained above which is adverse possession and the second is trespassing.

Well first thing ALL MORTGAGE ARE FRAUD BANKS DONT LEND MONEY. The federal reserve act says banks can't lend money not only that but 12 usc 1431 says banks cant lend money. The promissory note is a negotiable instrument that paid the loan off at the time of signing it. The bank starts an account in your name but a number account so they dont have to send you a monthly accounting statement. When they sells your promissory note thats your money they owe you. Because rhe federal reserve send them a check for the full amount when you filed out the application. Why dont you think the bank signs rhe promissory note when you do the loan .because rhey sell the promissory Note without your permission.
