Good evening , I do not prefer using cooker, that can make your stock cloudy, you see when we boil the bone , we have to remove the scum which form on the top time to time to avoid cloudiness , that is why in hotel we put the bones in the oven and roast it and then boil it on high flame for 15 min and then on slow flame .. If you want you can give a try … I will also try …
