I visited Rochester this past weekend to see all of this beautiful places and sites, it's an amazing city with allot of beautiful places and allot of potential but their seems to be allot of problems with gangs, drug addicts and crime. it's a shame how the cops and the authorities have allow organize crime to destroy such a beautiful city 😢 I didn't feel safe at all driving or walking around in any of the city neighborhoods, allot of drugs addicts loose in the streets waking around, gang members just selling drugs in the middle of the day light in the streets not cool at all, i don't know how can people live this way and raise their families in that environment, I check the crime stats of the city and the crime rate is higher then most big cities in the country with 66 murders and 9,092 total crimes last year which is crazy, I couldn't believe that in such hidden city would have so many crimes and also gangs infiltrated like that this people are every where destroying all our cities, youth societies and neighborhoods.

The thing that strikes me most with this and every other Rochester video I've viewed in recent years is the barren streets and sidewalks - the nation's largest, coldest, wettest, cloudiest ghost town.

Wasn't there an old railroad rotating bridge there years ago, or am I getting my locations mixed up? Also, I remember Charlotte Beach had a good bit of toplessness after NY said it was unconstitutional to make only women cover up. I think it was 95 maybe...

miss the city. miss this spot. Back in college would every morning at dawn would walk the trail along the canal from the commons building to the bridge near eerie harbor all the way till the spectrum office. even in winter days when the snow was less , this place was so great to walk.

looking for a great city to move to. grew up in rust belt, moved to the southeast and lived there for almost 10 years and learned to hate the south. lived in the west for 7 years and have had about enough of it. seriously looking at western ny and upper new england.

Your videos are fascinating, I sure do enjoy them. I was born in Rochester and lived there 2 years, I now live in southwest Va. Your videos capture Rochester as no driving could ever do. Rochester has fascinating history if you ever research it. The stories and history are fascinating, but what is just as fascinating is the architecture that you capture such as the video of the Veterans Memorial Bridge. Another thing I am fascinated with is the railroads around the city, is it ever possible you might fly over as much of the mainline as your drone allows and record it sometime?
