Are you still on this diet? If so how did it work for you?
I’m trying to do carnivore again and this time with Olympic weightlifting, once work goes from full time/ overtime to part time. Glad to see someone else likes all the cool stuff

Greetings I also do Olympic WL and thinking about going high protein keto carnivore to allow for avocado's and such. Last time I tried it, squats and coming out of the hole on heavy cleans would feel light headed. How are you preventing that? I've even thought about more animal based (fruit/meat) and have the fruits only before training. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you
When I've had those issues in the past, its usually more related to breathing and bracing. For me, I would hold my breathe during the lifts and that would cause the light headedness, whereas if I release some air, that tends to resolve that issue. Hope that helps!

see im currently not the right size for my height. im currently 9 stone and want to get to 12 but my stomach cant keep up with all these types of meals? do you know how i could put on weight without making myself sick
Hmmm tough question to answer. I don’t exactly know what 9 stones is in terms of weight. I will say that if you are beginning a carnivore diet, then there is definitely a transition period where your body adapts to processing more fats, and your gut biome changes during this time as well. I think this process may take 2-4 weeks depending on the individual. Weight gain at the end of the day is eating in a caloric surplus, so you just need to be eating a lot of calories. I’ve never tried bulking with carnivore before, but if I were to try, I would just eat more meat every meal and that should equal more calories. Hope that helps a bit!
i always thought one blue and one green is 185lbs. 45 plus 25 x2 +45lb barbell
Kilo plates are a bit different than Lbs plates. Its a 20kg bar, Blue is 20KG, and Green is 10KG. So total is 80kg if you add it all up, x 2.2lbs to convert to lbs, = 176lbs. Hope that made sense! It's definitely confusing at first
