I don’t think I’ve ever seen one of your videos, but as I listened and watched this, it really wasn’t that noticeable - certainly doesn’t distract a viewer from what you’re saying, or detract from whatever point you wish to make in future videos. If this is you still trying to get used to it, I’d say you’re doing extremely well. And your ability to overcome or suppress it while you speak will only improve over time and with practice. Keep posting content if that’s your livelihood, and best wishes for a full recovery.

I've had it bilaterally. High doses of Prednisone helped. I never regained full use of the nerves on either side but you can no longer tell unless I'm very tired.

I had Bells palsy. I recovered within a month and a half. Then a few weeks later I got it again on the other side which is uncommon. Keep in mind if you do recover, you are highly likely to get it again. And you will recognize the symptoms faster the second time around, BUT go get checked anyway because it may be a stroke, the symptoms are similar. I did not have medicine for it. I did have to cover my non functional eye with a bandage because my eye itched so bad. That could mean the bells palsy is kicking in (at the beginning of the incident) or (at the end) the nerves are "regenerating", in other words you're on your way to recovery.
