I feel I'm the weird one because I do like the Wii Soul Calibur game, despite it's flaws, though I admit I haven't fully played every entry. Still, this was pretty interesting.

I am happy that soul caliber 3 has both of their story modes be involved the second and third slot because I did enjoy my time with the main story because of how unique it is. I really should get Chronicles of the sword more time to cook now that I'm older and I have a better understanding of the Sr PG genre I guess and why am I not surprised that weapon master mode from 2 would be the number one story mode. It does every single thing that I'm surprised that later games either copy from or make them worse but on the bright side at least 6's story is better than 5 and at least they do the DLC stories for most of the characters better than the main plot( Very happy that there was Justice for my girl Cassandra after all the s*** that she went through.) Another fantastic soul caliber video and it really makes me sad that we're not gonna see the series make a huge comeback for a long long time.

I think it was implied in SC4 in some ways that Soul Calibur is also evil. SC5 was just more explicit about it and made it central to the plot. Also I liked SC6's Story Chronicles more than Libra of Soul. The latter felt a little too slow and tedious especially with all the text, but in the former I loved the voice acting and seeing all this new story content with the characters interacting with each other and getting expanded backstories.

Soul Calibur 2's weapon master mode was so goated! The journey, the extra missions, the ups and downs, wrapped up in a good package. Was surprised to see it at the top.

Yeah I never liked the "SURPRISE SOUL CALIBUR IS REALLY EVIL THE WHOLE TIME", it felt like it comes right out of nowhere to force "grey" into the story. and yet people are seeing "foreshadowing" in it?

This is a genuine question but is there a joke I'm missing here? Context? I'm lost as to why Seong Mi-na's section is just completely devoid of any information whatsoever? Is she annoying to fight against? Is she busted? Cheap? I don't understand. It's been quite some time since I played SC2, I'll admit, but I remember rather enjoying playing as her personally. Even if she is, though, I would've still liked to hear about some of the statistics of her weapons. Cuz, if she is busted, playing as her in the solo content and playing against her are different things in this circumstance.

I love Soul Calibur VI's Siegfried, Amy and Raphael stories. It's basically their canon story, but told somewhere outside of character profiles. The rest is, ehh, alright. Ivy one is cool i guess. Geralt story mode is insultingly bad. Everything else is alright.

You overestimate SE's EMM difficulty The only truly difficult stages are sword art (or whatever that thing that drains meter is called) damage only Everything else is on par with average SC3 difficulty

I love Soul Calibur campaigns Hence why i play SE-SC3 mostly

Im not an expert but I've always thought the Astaroth/Maxi matchup was awful for the Astaroth.

Its so crazy to see it moving this fast. This seems like a cheat mode that you could setup in a debug menu lol

I have never seen SC1, much less the Arcade version. Goodness gracious, this thing moves FAST!

Meanwhile i got a monitor from my bro that has an AV input that allowed me to plug my ps2 So time to replay Soulcalibur 3 Already managed to clear Night Terror path again with Yoshimitsu just to kick Olcadan in the feathers xd
