There was a air show 3 weeks ago in my area . The thunder Birds always put on a great show. There was a B29 there also. That was really cool also.
Joint show happening with Thunderbirds and Blue Angels in November, we will be there and post the action on the channel!
I lived In Hampton, Virginia in a neighborhood off Harris Creek Road not far from Langley AFB. When there was an air show, and they were frequent the Blue Angels or the Thunderbirds would fly over our property, very low, sometimes inverted. We could see the pilot. It would startle you every time, even though you expected it. Could not hear them coming.
It’s always impressive especially at low level!

@@fundad2644 inspiration for what? Flying a fighter jet in formation? It was cool when I was a kid, but I live by a Marine Air Station. We get all the inspiration we need from F35s screaming overhead all day.

We prefer having the sandbar to hang out on but the gulf is a better unobstructed view for sure!

Fat Albert was a maintenance cancel for the day unfortunately.

That is a stellar formation! We used to watch them on NAS Miramar in San Diego in the 80's and part of the 90's until some transplanted Karens complained. 😤
