This is a bad interview, Edz, but I do not fault you. It is obvious you are stressed. Something happened before the interview? What is important is that despite the flaws, you followed and respected the instructions. You are honest and spoke off the cuff. But the most important aspect of this interview is you never hesitated to talk about your weakness. You were able to prove that you understand your weakness and are working to address it. You could have expounded on your answers but your quick responses allowed you to answer more questions. Good luck!

Toastmaster Edz really knows how to be a leader. Never hide his weakness, can address properly his weakness and know what is the intervention he can do about it. He LEAD with LOVE and he also know that MEMBER MATTERS MOST. And i believe that is what a leader is.
