Are you on Instagram? I hope someone can answer this question for me. How come when I go over my prismacolor pencils with my steadler fineliners.. I had one of them get clogged or waxed up and then I couldn't fix it and it was useless. But here at around 10:02 she's seems to have no trouble like I do? Is it maybe cause she's going over the posca she laid down and not going into the wax pencil? That's the only thing I can think of? But it certainly does look like she is going over the pencil with the fineliners.
