Hereford is a good track 👍🏻 The karts are different though. Heavy and wide twin engines, good fun though and the marshals don't accept any contact, maybe a little 🤣 Yeah there were too many duff ones at formula fast which was unusual for them. Always will get the rockets and poor ones and Hereford will probably be the same haha Thanks for including me as a "top driver" but I'm definitely not 🙈

No problem, it's a fun fast track which we were running in reverse layout just for this championship. I have a GoPro 9 with a chin mount which was 3d printed specifically for my helmet 👍🏻

That's a great time 👍🏻 Yes it's very small and the laps are too short. This morning we only had 4 lap races as it was very wet and we're doing 40 sec laps It was just starting to dry in places when we were in the finals I take it the whole track dried out

@TheJelf10 yea it dried out even got a bit sunny.Then the heavens opened before my 3rd race my pole start..had a decent getaway but exiting the first corner I git a tap from behind and as it was wet it just spun me round.Dead last lol.I enjoyed it i just wish they'd change the length of the heats..id even have 1 less heat for 3 x 15 lap races or something.No timing was disappointing too.Nice bunch there though.Cheers jeff I enjoy watching your races..you're a quick peddler I'm determined not to give up though.

Cheers Chris 👍🏻 Yeah was gutted with that kart when all you can see is people pulling away and there's nothing you can do. Rapikart has a good mix of abilities which is nice 🤣 the only downside is the lightweights can weigh next to nothing as long as there under 80kg 🤣 (paytons closer to HW)

Yeah I was close 🙈 Everytime I got a very slight gap it was closed again so spent too much time defending. It's all good experience though, just keep learning and trying to improve and onto the next one 🤣

Thanks, i nearly didn't do srk as I had not been doing it long before the start of the season and I knew it was going to be ultra competitive. Had some poor rounds but it's all good experience on tracks I wouldn't have gone too and I'm looking forward to next year 👍🏻👍🏻

I agree and it was a good final to watch too

Took me too long to get used to the track and conditions unfortunately.. Felt I had good pace in the final and managed to catch the lead group up. We were doing 1.10's and looking at group c they were doing 1.11's Cheers Ben it's going to be chaos in the Dmax's 🙈 Good luck in club73 👍🏻

Oh and there was a couple of times I would of gone for a move but didn't and chose to stay in the line especially at the first hairpin were I you easily throw it away

Thanks, I must admit, at the time, I felt it was a late send but watching it back afterwards you got it just right. I should have defended it better 👍🏻

Heard a few complaints about that marshal 🤣(j/k) I wasn't too happy at the time and wasn't going to let that happen again. Watching it back it doesn't look as bad. At the time it felt like it was a full on send and just used me to turn off. I felt off on the day before we even started and I don't think I was fully concentrated in the first heat. Still think I can/should do better but was happy to come away with the masters 👍🏻👍🏻 (think they should give trophies or points 🤣)

Didn't feel it at the time as he pushed me offline but watching back it doesn't look as bad. Yeah I should have 👍🏻 kart felt so rubbish, slow and when braking it would turn left 🙈 so couldn't have done much more

Kart in the first heat was awful. I think they must of had alot of complaints in the morning session as when we got there they were testing them all and before we start they even said they've tested them and they're all within so many tenths of each other. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Not sure what happened with the GoPro I guess when it's on if you press the power button it changes mode to photo and I presume it must have already been on and I pressed it again which ended up taking a photo when I thought I had pressed record and another when I thought I ended the video. We should have both passed that guy in heat 4 but P3 said his brakes weren't working 🤷🏻‍♂️ Kart in final felt ok I did have it in a earlier heat I just pushed sideways going into the chicane and P3 had gone. I did catch a little but had the next guy from the masters class right behind all the way so I was semi defensive as I didn't want him to pass 😂 Thanks, good luck in yours too ✊🏻

@@TheJelf10 what I started doing in my sessions, I just started the camera before i put my helmet on so that i know that its recording but that only works if I have enough battery or if there is a charger otherwise I just have to guess lol

It was sooo much fun. Way better to drive. I want to do more now lol We also did sodi practice before and watching that back seems so slow 🙈 (but should have entered the sodi race as we would have podiumed with the lap times we were doing 👍🏻

Yeah there were 17 in total. It's fun as long as it stays green 👍🏻👍🏻

@@TheJelf10 last time i went there i got a 38.8 and im improving little by little everytime i go there so hopefully i will be able to do 37s eventually

Yeah I was gutted. I'd enjoyed it until then. I just couldn't get across to the line I'd been using all through the heats. Looking back if I'd of made one more pass in a heat there would have been like 4 of us all with the same points and my lap time would have put me to the top of them and 6th in the A Final but I guess that's how it goes. The A final was complete chaos anyway 🤣
