Check if pip location is not set as environment variable. If you are using python, you will find pip.exe in <path to python>\Scripts folder, you can add that location as Environment variable.

How do I automate the speech to be played directly during execution. Please help!
Did you ever figure that out? Not much use to me as an mp3 file. I found another module for python3 that is pretty decent and it works off-line - pyttsx3 - it's up on PyPi. Would rather use the google tts though, I am sure it's more robust.

Every step works until I have to create a partition primary, then it says its out of date and to use the RESCAN key to attempt again. 64gb micro sd claiming it's only 27gb.

okay, i searched for this Error, i found the Error is because of Regular Expression not because of gTTS. Check out regular expression once.
