      Yes sir, it is a SCUBA diving weight belt. Check with your local dive shop.

    I can swim that side stroke 1mile without getting out of breath. I rally enjoy swimming liken that in the open water..

    Stupid question lol but I am assuming there are more strength workouts in the program aside from the warrior?
