IN SPACE, BLOOD SHIFTS, a 26 second explainer. Some micro-gravity effects on the circulatory system
Просмотров 1,5 тыс.4 года назад
26 second 3D animation explainer focusing on some of the effects of short term and long term exposition to microgravity on the human body's circulatory system. Our body is adapted to life on earth. Gravity pulls blood down creating a pressure gradient in the circulatory system. In microgravity fluids aren’t pulled down and shift to thorax and head region, pressure distribution changes and blood...

Not the powefulist rocket ever built, you been under a rock. Starship (Although still a development rocket) has nearly twice the thrust as the Saturn 5 at 16.7 M pounds of thrust.

The helium didn't only pressurise the fuel tank. Bubbles of helium were deliberately introduced into the fuel feeds from the tank to the engines to make the fuel compressible. In doing so, this dampened the pogo oscillations that had plagued the first few (unmanned) Saturn V test flights.

Refusing to include data given in standard, or imperial units along with metric units virtually guarantees a very limited audience in the U.S. If a creator is so insulted by the reality that the average American, unless they work within the realms of science, engineering, or academia, are obviously not going to be very impressed with weights expressed in kilograms, or velocity expressed in meters per second, that they won’t make such a simple accommodation in order to grow their channel, well I guess I’m pointing out that I don’t know what the difference is between that and just being stupid. May they go bankrupt with the knowledge that they didn’t sacrifice their principles on the alter of profit, and that they showed the arrogant United States a thing or two…

Kilometers per hour. Meters tall. KiloNewtons of power. Bullshit. This AMERICAN rocket was built when measurements were dictated in distance feet, pounds of thrust, weight in pounds, and miles per hour. Using your foreign units of measurement makes no sense to Americans born in that era. You might as well say the rocket fully loaded weighed 500,000 sugar apples. True American nationalists still want measurements dictated in US standard measurements. Do you even know how fast earth’s escape velocity is in mph? Every car in the US still shows mph in the speedometer. Kph is only shown on a US speedometer because of globalization attempts to change American standards. At least leave our Saturn V out of your globalization attempts. And the moon is 250,000 miles from Earth- NOT some stupid amount of kilometers from us. US invention, use US standard measurements. Even Verner Von Braun used US standards, and he was from Germany. He designed the rocket in US measurement standards. So at least you can please describe its specifications in US measurement standards. Thank you.
