Any recommendations on a non sweet smell that can be used?

Branson is now full of drugs and gangs. I wouldn't move back if they paid me! It's trashy and not all its made out to be. Don't waste your money. Go somewhere else!

Sold several homes. I don't put as is in the listing but when I accept an offer, I put "as is" in my acceptance. No buyers have backed out but the homes were in decent condition too. Still had buyers asking for mundane things and stuff that the wanted remodeled for themselves. Nope. It's as is. All of them sold.

The same things can be said about the Lake of the Ozarks. Pay in general is low, which makes it hard to save money for the jobless periods. Some employers avoid unemployment claims by letting the workers work only one or 2 days per week, which results in tiny paychecks that don't even come close to covering your living expenses. Local business owners charge more money from the wealthy clients without sharing any of that premium with the employees. Some of the wealthy people moving there from high wage cities, or visiting their second home/mansion think they are superior to the low paid locals. I'm glad I escaped from there! I now live in a small town and I have a much better job!

Also the way they estimate taxes on Z is completely irrelevant. They are showing the taxes of the current owner who may have owned for 30 years in a homestead state, or the home is being sold for twice what the current owner paid. Therefore, the taxes are waaaaay off. The new owner will pay more, maybe a whole lot more. Maybe enough to change their mind about the property.

Started living in Branson December 2019 until June 2021...came down to be in a new show! Covid killed that show......Everything he is saying is true!!! I lived in Vegas and it was a 24 hour city....living in Branson...everything dies around 8-9 pm

What about work from home jobs like customer service remote wise those are some options to consider while living in Branson, Missouri.👍🙂

If only Branson had a Lululemon, or Banana Republic Outlet, or Eddie Bauer Outlet, or a Gap, or maybe a Levi’s, or a Victoria Secret, or about 50 other retail clothing stores… How can you make this video and be so uninformed? I grew up there 30 years ago and the shopping was one of the biggest attractions to the area, and it is still. Also, the season ran up until Christmas then as it does now…. Maybe save the videos for people who have the ability to google “shopping in Branson” 😂

We lived in Branson for a few years and Loved it!!!

I rent an apartment because I don’t have to pay property taxes, pay for anything to be fixed in my home, nor pay HOA fees. The amount of money I save because of all of this allows me to live my life today and not later in life. I also live in SF so owning out here would be wasted money.

Another con is that, being in Missouri, Branson retirees will have to pay state tax on their Social Security. Yep - one of only about a dozen states that taxes Social Security, Missouri allows you to carry a gun nearly anywhere - but they’re gonna tax you for your retirement.

I remember staying at a motel that allowed dogs on the strip. Behind the motel people took there dogs out for potty breaks. Across the street were residential homes. Several had make shift lawn ornament tombstones. That said Here lies the last dog that pooped in my yard. I guess that is also a con.
