Well after looking at the property it’s nice but the drawback is it’s way too close to your neighbor. Yeah you might have a few trees in between your butt for house that size do you want at least 10 acres anyway to be surrounded by being packed in like sardines doesn’t cut it for me, but that’s just my opinion.

Your potential customer likely don't like this type of silly club music. The shots of the home were to fast and annoying. Slow down, lower the music- try classical, something with some class. Not horrid but come on now, you can do better (I hope.) This is a 3.6 million dollar home. Honestly, I just saw better images on Zillow. You should open with image 6 of 28 on Zillow. It's a stunning shot. Your video, by contrast gave me a headache. Curious, did Rapaport end up selling it? Namaste.

Beautiful place but the narrow hallways really suck. What an oversight! Great for a rental to be sure though!

There's a nagging concern as to why the gray head and all the wilson way homes are unoccupied/ for sale. Suggests something about the area causes people to abandon these beautiful homes.
