Microsoft 365 Defender Advanced Hunting - Without KQL!
Microsoft 365 Defender (or Microsoft Defender XDR) Advanced Hunting enables you to perform KQL queries against audit logs from endpoints, apps, identities, and email and collaboration Threat Explorer. But what if you don't know KQL or are just getting started with it? Advanced Hunting also has a Query Builder that enables you to use filters and dropdowns in the UI to build your filter. Even better, if you want to see the KQL being the UI, you can do that as well!
In this video, Ben and Scott walk you through all there is to know (and maybe a little more) about using Advanced Hunting without KQL...and maybe a little with KQL...in Microsoft 365 Defender/Microsoft Defender XDR.

I needed to understand how to search for the type of event that occurred with a schedule. For example, when it is canceled there is the iscanceled attribute, but for appointments that have been declined and are still listed on the calendar, how do I get their declined status? I already did a search and didn't find this. My purpose is to program a script to search for declined appointments and delete them automatically. I'm doing this in Powershell

While it may be more of a manual process you could also provision a lab in DevTest Labs too. Costs can be even lower too. At least one advantage would be you could create a lab per student to house multiple connected machines. Then automate the creation of that lab as a template. I haven't needed to do this yet. I currently run classes out of DevTest Labs with one machine per user and created from a custom image (custom images in a DevTestLab don't incure costs like a Custom Image Gallery), but Lab Services may better fit my needs. I'm surprised Bastion wasn't a method to connect. I know we can do that in DevTest Labs.

I am facing an issue, maybe you can help me out here. I am running a PS script and MG script to find the groups associated with an enterprise app. Both commands return 91 group names but there are more than 300 groups assigned to it. Not aure why its not returning the whole thing?

Yobyot, sorry for the delay, I've actually tried responding twice and RUclips keeps stripping my response off for some reason? Who knows....anyways, to answer your question... It's Paste (pasteapp.io) I've actually been using it for a few years now. Having the ability to save/categorize stuff like company address, Office 365, tenant ID, etc and always have them handy in the clipboard is really nice. It will also sync your password across all your Apple devices. One of those apps that when I jump on a device without it, I'm lost. It's not free, but it's one of those I happy pay for when it comes time to renew every year. Let me know if you have any other questions about it!
