Does it havea purge function to purge the previous grinds ?

Today, I tried to adjust the timer on my zoe competition espresso machine group and tweak the pre-infusion process. Unfortunately, something went wrong. Now, all the buttons on my machine are disabled except for button number 3. Additionally, button number 4 is acting up-it’s dispensing hot water instead of a double shot. Does anyone know what might be causing these issues? I’d appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this or reset the machine to the manufacturer settings. Additionally when i turn the machine off and tun it on again it always gives me d5 on screen

I would like to ask as well is there ant program for the san remo zoe to adjust the profile scaling because i feel the pressure on our machine is too much which the result is bittery compare to the machine on our other branch san remo zoe as well same calibration but the result is very good. Hi! Just got mine yesterday to replace a Rocket R58, so far it's way better and I love it. However I don't understand something very important and I hope it's not a defective unit. Can't judge yet in 24H and I still have to read 18 pages of manual 😅 So my QUESTION is to know why when I choose a preset to have let's say 40ml, I only end up with a ridiculous 10ml in my cup?! I even tried the 60ml stock preset on the button #3 and I had wayyyy less than that, at most just half of it! Then of course if I press it again the flow will be way too fast as the puck will already be used. Is there something I am doing wrong? 😮 I know it has a volumetric pump but the I'm wondering if I'm asking 40ml to the machine but the puck absorbs 30ml out of the 40ml flowing through the pump so I end up with almost nothing in the cup 🤔

It seems to be even though the machine is crazy expensive... the same extremely bad stock E61 shower screen and rubber while it wouldn't break the bank at the price of the machine to include pre-installed a 10$ silicon gasket with a (IMS Nanotech Shower) don't you think? I might still buy the machine this monday but I still find it dumb at this price point to cut the corners short.

Hi quick question is preinfusion pressure adjustable or is it a fixed line pressure and only variance is preinfusion time?

I wasn't aware of this function, and none of my colleagues have anything other than "It's cleaning" to offer. 1. What does the cleaning cycle do with regard to the group head and connected components, and what do the chemicals assist in removing? 2. Are there any concerns with overcleaning? i.e. o-rings or seals impacted by chemical cleaner etc?

Great video guys, thank you heaps! I’ve been using the 3 group head for 2 years now and I actually had no idea about the longer cleaning cycle. So, when do you recommend to do the longer one? I’ve only used the individual cleaning cycle per group head at the end of the day (sometimes halfway through the day depending on how busy we are). We are going through around 25-35kg of coffee beans per week (6 days trading). Thanks guys 🙏🏼
