As another person noted its less that the tutorial is incomplete (it is in the current version) its more that it simply didnt exist in legacy and even if it did it'd have to be remade somewhat due to the two versions being rather different in several ways

Something i learned in lobotomy Corporation is to never trust a tree

From what I understand, this is a good abno to use for combat heavy missions. There's multiple missions/suppressions where you have to defeat one or more powerful targets, and the movement and attack speed help you both deal damage faster AND move to safe zones faster. Afterwards, you can spam work with One Sin until you get the headband, which should replace the armor and it's negative effects. Just make sure it's not attachment work.

You've probably already gotten an answer to this, but the higher level an abno is compared to the stat, the more XP they gain, and vice versa. So Level 1 Fortitude will get significantly more XP from a HE abno vs a Zayin abno, not even counting the increased XP from more boxes produced and the damage taken... assuming they survive the work, of course. So after a while, I find it's not usually worth the meltdown increase to deal with Zayin and Teth abnos, except for special cases like completing the codex or prevening breaches when you have another abno that cares about them.
