Alright I have an idea for a format: 1 Preseason episode, schedule/redshirt/initial recruiting targets. 1 episode of recruiting where you film it, but show it at the end of the season. All the recruiting in one go. Then 2 games per episode for the regular season. 1 conference championship episode and breakdown awards and bowls around the country. Then do your bowl game or playoff games 1 or 2 per however you see fit.

The first team i did was the Florida Gators.I have 5 dynasties open with the Florida Gators,App State,ULM Warhawks,USC and Kennesaw State.I won 1 National Championship with the Kennesaw State Owls and we seemed to have lost so many good players and i dropped 14 points down on defence,offence and overall.That pissed me off so i went back to Florida and now am having a ton of fun with my Gators.That KD Daniels is amazing.I had one game last night that was 241 yards rushing,248 yards rushing and then one in a million which was 348 yards rushing against South Carolina.Daniels is in the hunt for the Hesiman Trophy.I also recruited a 5 star qb called Ernie Mansour.We're also currently ranked number 1.Its really fun being an elite recruiter at Florida.Our first year we were 6-6,2nd season 10-3,3rd season 15-1 and we're now in our 4th year.When i first started i sucked at recruiting. Fast forward 234 hours of playtime and im understanding the hard sell and soft sell so much better as well as trying to gain as many influence points as i can.Mizell and Abrams are awesome and sadly Daniels is now a senior.Hope we can get him the Heisman award.

I would wait to up the difficulty until next season, personally. Just makes sense since you're almost done anyway and due to the fact anything can happen. It also could change the way you play and recruit.

I usually do recruiter, first 3 levels of motivator, enough in tactician to get architect, and then the 1st 2 levels of architect

I don't like changing difficulty in season. It may change your gameplay style against what you have been enjoying in year 2 I vote upgrade for S3.

In my coaching careers, by the time I can unlock Master Motivator or Strategist, they don't help much more. By then, I can recruit #1 classes and have my team at 90 OVR pretty easily. I am starting to play around with CEO and Program Builder for some new fun. Also, powder blues are overrated. Go Maroon and White Gig 'Em. Good luck with your move and safe travels!
