At one point, the entire prosthetics unit of Walter Rea...

There's a special talent, to capture my interest in History. All my life (till recent) History was a subject that bored me; with few exceptions. As a child & teenager, my interests were stirred by comics (to include History & Classics). But, those authors produced enriching reading.... quite special. Later, finishing College in Texas, a certain professor's lectures on Texas History. There was much valuable insight, applicable to present day challenges. T.R. Fehrenbach contributed to expatiation of my growing interests in History. The book, "Atlantic" is also quite a rich read. But now I've discovered Roger Lockshier's books, "Saving SOS Souls". Being also a veteran, of Viet Nam era, I 'fell-into' Roger's tell. So enriching.... I re-read Roger's 1st book several times, before getting his 2nd book; about a month ago. Thanks to Roger's diligence & dedicated efforts, I've discovered other excellent SOG authors; who were mostly on ground missions, as Green Berets. As a True American, I feel best in the company of these Most Honorable survivors of that dreadful challenge in Vietnam. By contrast, most taxpayers appear superficial; considering the united, indomitable, team spirit of our SOG. MANY of our regular troops there, survived because SOG was focused on relieving MUCH of the enemy pressures off them. Many of our Vietnam vets are since passed. RIP............. To avoid being remiss, special mention of some most excellent medical heroics, after stabilized wounded were saved by awesome professional efforts in surgery (& postOp). Grateful for this interview..... tanks!👍

I was a Marine in Afghanistan in 2006. Its a time in my life that has felt like it was just a week ago all these years. Don't even know who I am anymore or what the f**k i am doing or what i am supposed to do. Nothing seems to work out and i feel so exhausted from being stuck in my own head alone. Its hard, i keep faking smiles and telling people " I'm fine" when they ask how I am but its the furthest thing from the truth.

The full Spotify interview is extremely interesting. One crucial item of information is the fact that when Wilkinson (and later Mantik) went back to the Sixth Floor TSBD Museum for a second viewing of the Z-film, they had the impression that what they were being shown was not quite the same version that they had seen previously (to put it very delicately) and that the masking of the open exit wound in the right rear of the President's head was now less obvious. (Gary Mack's doing, I'll wager.) In the images on the Future of Freedom site, the dark area looks like a black Covid mask (or the shape of the State of Ohio, as W & W put it in the interview). Check out Documentaire : L’image 313 (sur le film d'Abraham Zapruder et l’assassinat de JFK) 2e version on RUclips, and 40.07 and 40.55 in particular.

So @11min about. Two key things. For some history. Devgru & delta couldn’t even go after taliban until late 05-2006ish they basically wanted TIER 1 units going after TIER 1 targets. So a ranger crying about not getting Tier 1 targets. It’s not your job. A rangers job is to do the important part which is secure the perimeter. The HVT/HVI/HPT or high risk targets they wanted delta or devgru for those. --- secondly the rules of engagement say you can engage anyone that’s a threat to you especially (LPT,MPT,HPT/LVT,MVT,HVTs) if you want a little more history. The ROEs congress assigned in sept 2001 was weapons free shoot anything you want. -- well what happened? Feb-march 2002 during anaconda. A C130 gunship OPENED FIRE ON A VEHICLE AND DESTROYED IT. WE SHORTLY FOUND OUT IT WAS A VEHICLE WITH GREEN BERETS & Afghan allies. so from that day March 1st 2002 onward the military made a separate roe and did the weapons hold. But the reality is the RoEs from the political side were still in effect. The military roe was just some made up stuff. Because of one single incident. One single ac130 crew ultimately cost a lot of people there life in the years following.

Episode here: apple.co/3ROwKus Knockout Blow to the Italian Mafia in the US: Part 1 SEASON: 1 EPISODE: 13 The Italian Mafia is well known as the dominant organized crime force in the history of the United States. However, this is no longer the case. HBH is excited to be joined by former FBI Special Agent Mike McGowan, who led a series of operations across multiple cities & targeted three different mob families, collectively dealing a blow to ‘La Cosa Nostra,’ from which they have never recovered. These operations accomplished something once thought impossible: relegating the Italian Mafia to also-ran status. Part 1 dives into how Special Agent McGowan and the FBI took down mafia kingpins Matthew ‘Matty’ Guglielmetti and Carmen ‘The Cheese Man’ Denunzio. Mike McGowan is a legendary FBI Special Agent. During his decorated career, he completed more than 50 undercover missions. For context, most FBI undercover agents never work undercover cases - and the ones that do rarely work more than two.
