I got my switch charging port replaced because it wouldn’t charge, now it does but it doesn’t dock and display on the screen. Why?

i have an iphone se - the touch works when I test the screen, but if I seat the screen into the phone the touch stops working. Any ideas why that is happening?

My 14 pro max proximity sensor is not working properly. When i call someone screen turns off but never turn on , so i have to press power button to turn on the screen. It also issues with while listening to whats app audio!! So if i replace proximity sensor does it affect true tone ? And how can I fix the issue without losing true tone? And does it affect face id also if I replace new proximity sensor?

Just so people know, in order to do on device testing, with not requiring another device. You must have IOS 18 or later.

the touch doesnt work at the top area in a line. everything else works except that about finger sized line across the screen when the phone is vertically. it just clicks both above and below that line.
