What a fun episode. I struggle with perfectionism and I can tell in my body when I am going there. For me, my anxiety flares up and I start to feel that I am not good enough. It is such a sucky feeling. To help me with this, I pause and remember my blessings and go to gratitude. This grounds me and helps me see my gifts and my abundant life. Thank you ladies. ❤❤❤
