+Christian Salami - This particular system sorts stringer or block pallets, 48x40 inches in dimension. The 1200x1000 mm euro pallets also work with this system. The conveyor would be customized to handle these pallets that do not have perimeter boards.

Ok you have the right idea and I would incororate this machine if it had a variable stroke for all size matresses. The video dimenstrated a spring shaving that was a couple of inches short of completely removing the springs. Do you have contact info?
