سلام بسیار عالی بصورت تکنفره میشود با یک تخم مرغ درست کرد ؟ و آیا بدون گوشت هم خوشمزه می شود ؟ و اسم این غذا چیست ممنون از شما و آشپزی خوبتون
سلام دوست و همراه گرامی سپاس از اینکه نظرتون رو با ما شیر کردید بله به هر تعداد که بخواهید میشه درست کرد و مواد رو میتونید بدون گوشت هم درست کنید(صرفا با اسفنجاج و قارچ و پیازچه) که غذای مخصوص گیاهخواران هست. ترکیب اسفناج و تخم مرغ مقوی و مغذی است(پروتین و مینرال ها و ریز مغذی های کامل تخممرغ و آهن موجود در اسفنجاج). نام غذا (رول تخممرغ اسفناج). موفق باشید❤
