need help for my RAV4 2nd Gen, the starter motor sometime don't work after rest for 15 minutes it can start, when it dont start no 12v supply to the supply cable. any owners have this problem

I got mine from my grandma for $1 (for the "sale") and she only put 9050 miles on it since 2016!!!!!!! It's a brand new iA!!!! I love it and really the sport mode, which I use on the highway to pass and get up to speed actually decently quick in my book, makes it really snappy! Fun to steer, fun to drive, AMAZING TRUNK SPACE!!!!!!! PUSH TO FUCKING START!!!!!
