No. What if one of Scout's older brothers is Bonnie Bro's dad? Think about it. Scout was born in 1945, so his brothers have to be born in early 1945 or before. Because Spy is Scout's dad and is in love with Scout's mum, who's to say he isn't the father of those other 7 kids? Assuming that every brother was born probably about 9-10 months between, that likely puts the oldest brother in around 1942 and Spy's probably in around 1922. That would put the oldest brother in a good time to be Bonnie Bro's dad (since Michael was working as a guard in 1987, it's safe to say he was born in 1969 at the earliest). Since Cassie was born likely in 2023, that unfortunately puts Bonnie Bro as likely Cassie's grandad for the theorists. But, it's possibly Cassie and Bonnie Bro have a Cranky-DK III relationship, with it also mirroring Count The Ways as possibly Cassie's dad abandoning her at Bonnie Bro's. But it's also possible that Bonnie Bro gave up all his Freddy's stuff after the bite or didn't have any Freddy's stuff at all and hid his mask somewhere. Cassie's dad would then find it and start collecting Freddy's stuff, eventually owning the Bonnie mask and unfortunately dying in 2035 (when Ruin and HW2 are set). So Cassie a the daughter of a dead guy inside the robot she took the vanny mask from, the granddaughter of a bully who accidentally killed a kid, the great-great niece of an ex mercenary who lost a bit of their head who is also canonically God's gift to women and the great-great granddaughter of a French spy. i think the answer might be a bit more simple. Scott wanted the game to end of Friday the 13th. In 1987, one of the months with a Friday the 13th is November. He knew he wanted it in 1987 and he thought this would a fun little thing to make it more spoooky because yknow Friday the 13th is a cursed day or whatever. He probably forgot or didn't care that this contradicted a previous small detail. I feel like this is the type of human error that seems very likely to happen at the time

I assume “summer job” just meant “seasonal job” but Fazbear’s just is too cheap to have multiple scripts for it. Cuz the time we do work is seasonal for Thanksgiving or even the earliest Christmas hires. That’s always been my understanding- the checks must be correct for us to be paid, so the **SCRIPT** that Phone Guy reads off is wrong. That’s really the only logical explanation lol. The check *must* be true to be valid.

Its always been interesting to me that, with cell phones dating back to 1973 and answering machines being essentially tape recorders that trigger after x amounts of rings, none of the phone calls should be ringing prior to hearing a click and phone guy talking bc why does the person recording the messages need to call in when they can just press the record button, fnaf3 night 2's tape that phone dude is the only one that doesn't, putting into question all the ones that do. And thats without mentioning the fact that they were in the sealed safe room

I think the "Summer Job" was thrown in to the Phone Guy call because Scott thought of Jeremy Fitzgerald as being like a college student or whatever, and he didn't think of how that would contradict the date on the paycheck. I mean, the time of year that FNAF 2 takes place in doesn't really matter on it's own, it only matters that the Phone Guy calls could be from months earlier, so I think it's plausible that Scott wasn't focusing on those minor details.

I agree with you that it’s likely a company script, but I feel like the reason it says summer instead of fall could just be that the first guard they hired was in the summer when the building was mostly complete but not yet open

For some companies they used to use "summer hire" training videos to train temp people who have to go back to school or whatnot after summer; some of those video still linger today, so I wouldn't be surprised if Fazbear entertainment just used the same training "messages" (phone guy) bc they're cheap & they've proved that several times. You just hit a small chunk in the "fazbear entertainment is cheap & always cutting corners" iceberg.

Wow it's like the phone guy tapes were pre-recorded. Something we've all known for years. ALMOST LIKE HE RECORDED THEM BEFORE HE D*ED. It's kinda obvious when you get the paycheck that the tapes were prerecorded. Imagine that, the tapes were recorded for someone's "summer job", you still need fall/winter/spring security. I want to disagree with the last point. I don't think the release dates are accurate to the game's placement in the year. FNAF 1 happening in August obviously not true, but FNAF 6 happens in October, there are posters announcing the fall fest in the alleyway images, so the release dates cannot be used as evidence to infer where do the games take place. I do believe FNAF 4 was MEANT to happen in July, but The Curse of Dreadbear DLC, as well as the death date of Sammy in the novels, imply that it happens in October, specifically in Halloween. So, release dates cannot be used as evidence to extrapolate dates. For the rest of the video, IT'S AMAZING. And i say it in capital letters! You did an amazing job at compiling the evidence!
