It's a really nice idea! Maybe over cooking it made the noodles break into small pieces but you can make it better next time by making whatever sauce, taking it off the heat, then pour the sauce on the noodles and serve immediately. Even regular noodles if overcooked will come out the same way. Thank you for an awesome idea! ❤

Add less water to make a dough you work, divide roll and pan fry..you have flat bread.. 3 eggs, 1 cup flour, 1 cup water, s&p to taste and oil for cooking.. this is the real cannelloni noodle recipe.. you make like creeps.. fill then bake.. but i guess you could use the method shown in the video and to finish cooking the noodles either bake in a sauce or cook them on the stove top in a sauce..
