I have the exact same vehicle in the video even down to the color with the same problem for the 3rd time

Just got a call from my dealership saying this was the problem with my car. And of course, I wanted to see the problem in action, so thank you for uploading the video. It's been a problem since I bought it brand new. Randomly won't start up sometimes. The only way I can get my car to start half the time is by opening the door and closing it again. I thought it was to turn the battery off. (Silly me) Watching you punch the ignition made me realise, it was the force of me closing the door, that made it start. It sounds absolutely wild to me, someone who knows nothing about cars. I am glad I learned something today.

I have similar noise but louder and kind of like a rumbling sound but only when I press on the brakes and slow down.

This happened on the horse trailer that my neighbor owns. But the wheel broke off the axle along with the brake drum.

Will this switch being faulty be the reason why my Kia Ceed is stuck in park and won’t go into gear. The engine won’t start either. I can force it into neutral and only then the engine starts!!

I have a 1991 Chrysler imperial and I had a lot of smoke come from my wheel bearing and its clunking I have a part coming in two days then I'm doing a full relubrcation of the front and rear wheel bearings, anything else I should look for?

Thanks for this. Well presented. I prefer not to remove the battery or computer as you can access the 2 air box bolts with an extension and it lifts out OK. The 3 bolts holding the the fuel filter bracket to the sidewall can be accessed by undoing the securing bolts and moving the computer loom to the side. I use 6mm rubber chair tips to block the fuel line ends. I also refill the new filter with clean diesel (about 250 to 300ml) before re-install to avoid any air lock in the fuel line. Takes about 4 to 5 seconds for the car to start after. Filter part # 31922 A9000 also fits my 3/2014 build.

Doesn't the black plastic case with the lever have to be removed?

Having problems with the immobiliser light coming on and engine cutting out. Swap the immobiliser for a new one, car started, but after 10 mins had the same problem again. I wonder if anyone has any other ideas.
