We are a local family owned property management company in the NC Beaches area. We manage short term vacation rental properties in Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Wrightsville Beach, and Bald Head Island. We take pride in our boutique level service to our guests and renters. We created this RUclips Channel to show our guests an inside look of our properties, a virtual tour. We want our guests to know exactly what they see before they come rent have the vacation of a life time. We also want property owners to see how dedicated we are to showing off their property, we treat it like it's our own.

-unplug it and put the plug under the seat
-put the key in - keys are different for each cart
-turn the key, flip the switch on, put your foot on the break, then put the parking break ALL THE WAY DOWN
-after turning it all on, the lights will come on
-speedometer shows the speed
-there is bluetooth to connect your phone and also radio
-there are power outlets - car charger and USB connections
-there is also a backup camera
-cupholders
-seat belts
-glove compartment
-when going reverse put the cart in R and it will beep when it is in reverse
-to move foward put the cart in F mode.
-when you take your foot off the gas pedal the cart will automatically “break” or “slow...
