This is one of the worst song of all time

I have loved her voice, music, and stories for over 30 years. It's hard to pick my favorite. Once when she was performing in Columbus, Ohio, mid 90's, and the power went out on the block. She performed unpluged and it was beyond magic. One of my very favorites she sings is a old classic, called Rello. Thank you so very much.

Does anybody know...Is she using a flat pick which occupies her thumb and index finger, and uses her middle finger and ring finger to augment chords, or is it more complicated then that? Are there finger picks involved?
