sardines and noodles! crush the sardines and mix with boiled noodles. Parmesan cheese helps if it still doesn't taste good
I used to mix them with veggies, and it was fine but for now I'm probably going to take fish oil capsules or try some other canned fish to get my Omega 3s

It is a little scary, but I like the humor 😂
Here is some advice to improve: 1) Don't make it obvious you're reading off a script. Either recite the information so you don't need a script or at the very least put on sunglasses to cover it up. However this information is not complex and therefore you should be confident enough to just present it off-by-heart. 2) Practice having a clearer, louder voice and being more confident in expressing yourself. Your standup comedy shows your wit, confidence and presentation ability, so take your talents from there and incorporate it into this format! 3) Try and edit the layers of your audio so it doesn't sound too quiet and your music can be heard clearly alongside the accompanying music. I hope this helps!

Boy are you going to be surprised when You find out how FEW aspirins you'd have to take for them to cause multiple-organ irreparable damage until fatal. It's not the chemical that's dangerous. It's the dosage. Problem with narcotics is that due to addictivity and drug-resistance build up the dosage easily flies off the charts beyond... well, maybe wouldn't call it 'healthy', but maybe 'safe' amounts.
