What strength alcohol? Thanks!
70% from the grocery store.
Damn
Thanks for the video
My word!!! I'm completely new to these things and have been stressing over doing this. I just found this video, looked at my string head and realised that it's that easy!!! Thanks
Never been able to string a weed whacker till now... the goat
I have a quick question if anyone can help but do most shop vacs have the ability to suck up water and dry debris so like if I wanted to suck up some water with my Shop-Vac could I make it so that it can suck up water. I'm assuming that's what this video is demonstrating but I just wanted to make sure.
Not all shop vacs can, so I would make sure yours can do dry and wet
I can't imagine pulling up each of those staples. Looking forward to seeing the floors once they're done.
Are you guys filming the reno?
Yes, episode 2 is linked below. So much is going on that it's taking a little longer to get the next episode out. ruclips.net/video/VblRo50u0Ag/видео.html
What is that over the sink in the kitchen? A light?
Yes, a Huge LED light
Nice. Did you need to thin the paint at all? Is that the standard supplied 515 HEA Tip?
No thinning, and I used the supplied 515 tip. I did move the 517 for other colors to get a better spray pattern.
I wish it was that easy in Georgia (USA) It's waaay too humid for wood to catch fire like that here
Thank you for the review. Thinking of buying one of these for interior and painting basement ceiling joists black
It's awesome. We just got a new house, and I hate painting with a roller and brush, but not anymore. I honestly looked forward to spraying.
Thank you
Glad I could help you out.
🎉🎉🎉Excellent demonstration
That's what I like to hear. I try to make my videos as clear and concise as possible.
Just removing the spool (getting the arrows to go from lock to unlock) is ridiculously hard
It's sure is. There are definitely people who took this apart and haven't been able to put it back together, so they got a new weed eater.
For the handle, it’s likely a defect bc both of mine secure fine. 0:19
Huge thanks🎉
My Corso X Staffy goes crazy for her flirt pole. All her lures were destroyed almost immediately. The chuck it air ball I fixed last Christmas is still in one piece and they're $8 on Amazon.
??
???
Thanks, this was a big help! One tip to make the trimmer string more manageable (and less prone to tangles) is to soak it in warm water for a few minutes before loading. This will make it less brittle and more flexible while removing all those tight coils.
Thank you! I couldn't figure it out, and I would've had some badly pinched fingers without your video!
moving in today!! thank you so much i was able to figure this out before the video ended 🩷💕
Can you use this indoors
This is what RUclips shorts is for. No ten minute tutorials with an ad sprinkled in. Thank you- subscribed
The cable isn’t going through the other side on mine
The washer arm on mine won’t turn at all. Any thoughts on why not or how I can troubleshoot? Just moved in so no idea if it’s ever been taken out before etc… I did find a big piece of broken glass sticking up out of it.
Perfect video. Exactly what to do and it worked.
MOLDED ROTTING SLOWLY DECAYING-
It took 30 mins and 2 people to get the head back on. I'm tired & still need to finish the lawn 😫
That's terrible. Take a break and do the lawn another day. You have had enough exercise already. Lol
Great video! Unfortunately, the part you call a “clasp” is misaligned and I might break those clips removing it. I can’t seem to find the part with GE. Can you tell me what GE calls this part?
Oh, I'm not sure what that part is called. I would look in the manual if you can find it online and see what it's called.
Assuming you don't add more wood that what's show in the video, how long would this fire last?
An hour or so then I add some more but it all depends on the type of wood you use. Some wood may burn faster or slower.
Not quite that easy. The Allen screw on the chain brake is awful to get off.
Mine keeps coming out. Even after I did that
I’m a guy and took me forever to get that piece off. Now that I cleared up the string, it won’t turn back on. I’ve put all my strength into it just like I did to take it off and nothing.
It's very challenging, and you need to make sure it is lined up perfectly and square. Here is a dedicated video to installing the head - ruclips.net/video/oJLMhtJKzYc/видео.html hope this helps.
I keep asking about how to take the deck off of a Cub cadet 1515 lawn mower but everybody keeps doing the XLT or whatever it is
I don't have that mower, so I'm not sure how to. It might be similar to the xlt, have you had a look to see if there are any similarities
Thank you man
What are your thoughts on the Earthway spreaders?
The earthway 2600 is very similar to the chapin Spreader. I have heard great things about them and have heard of a few people going with this one amzn.to/4dwEA6e
Thank you! Great video
Glad you found it helpful
I had a lawn card guy come and do that. What a waste, even with weight added. I had to rent a scarification machine from HD and redo it myself. Took three hours to really get the thatch out. Now I'm in the process of blowing out of the yard. Next step is to lay in bed for a few to recover.
The first time I dethatched my lawn, I had to go over it 4 times. My lawn hadn't been cared for by the previous owners for years, so it sometimes needs more than one pass. I personally wouldn't have a lawn guy do it, I know a few, and it's all about the quantity of lawns, nor necessarily quality. Not all are like this, but I do prefer doing it myself. The walk behind machines do a much better job than the tow behind but are much more warm. Let me know how the lawn looks after you recover.
@@DIYwithCam Lawn is looking better after the scarification. Even all the bare spots are great. Now my next task is to rent an Aerator so I can put holes all over. Won't fit into my SUV, the hitch mount doesn't have the electrical connection so can't rent a trailer. This is so hard. I'll have to add the electronics or rent a pickup. I wonder if pouring concrete on 1 acre is expensive.
i wish it was that easy , mine wouldnt budge
Not surprising. Try a vice, or some large pliers.
Tried it on a Mixed Fescue lawn in Pa. Applied per the instructions and it would not kill clover.
I wasn't feeding the string through evenly. So i only had one string on one side!😂 Then i watched this video and learned how to do it correctly. Thank you!
Perfectt exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!!
Umm, two things, wouldn't the fire ignite quicker if the kindling was at the base? And that cover isn't supposed to be on when the fire is roaring, the handle will burn you no?
You would think, but kindling on top works better. The cover is needed as it stops a lot of the embers from coming out. I use fire gloves or a poker to lift the cover as it does get really hot. I recent upgraded to a solo stove and it's significantly better. Link to starting a solo stove video ruclips.net/video/YizehPRye9o/видео.htmlsi=ibkTAqyY5bD6nAuO
There is adjustment bolt on the driver side with star type holder as you see for mower bearing for attaching the cutting blade. At least there is one on my LT 1042.
Around 2.53 i go over the adjustment bold. Maybe it's a different design on mine compared to the 42 but it somewhat works.
Lifesaver man!! Thank you
I'm glad you found the video and found it useful
Thank you much appreciated
