There is an entnational men's day. It's 2 days from now on November 19th (this proves you dont use google) People don't use "Your acting like a girl" as an insult anymore and if so very rarely (this shows your a pathological liar) People dont say, your not like the other girls as a compliment. If they do they are saying that to themselves and if it is used it implies most girls aren't there type When ANYONE asserts themselves at work and they aren't a boss or higher up of any sort they are look at as bossy (this shows your cant pay attention to basic ranking and positioning when it comes to the work place) When you stay silent yeah your reprimanded for not speaking up... everybody is depending on contact No you dont 'litrally' have to change your voise to sound more like a man in order to be heard. If the world was so sexist a simple thing like changing your voise wouldent change how they treat you. That like if a black person said "in order to avoid racism i wear i dress as a stariotypical white person" (this shows how ignorant you are to the world around you) Im a man and i say sorry to much. I don't think people in general say sorry enough (this shows your victimizing yourself) You just made the bossy claim again (this shows how much more ignorant you are. So ignorant you must repeat yourself) We tell woman to lean in in some cases and lean back in other. Same with men (this shows all you WANT to do is lean back. Your lazy. Most woman would do what they have to. REAL men and woman would do what they have to) Technology is designed for all. If not the company making tech would lose some customers. Also failed to specify what you mean by 'tech' cuase anytbing electrical could be tech such as products mades for woman like, hair dryers, hair curlers, beauty tech, vibaters, massage guns I won't go any further but the fact of the matter is yall aren't brightest and not real woman. Yall are radical feminists and you bring shame to what feminism is. Stop victimizing yourself and get better issues.

I wanted to share that Romina was part of my trial, along with other team members during the early phases, and the whole experience was amazing. She was kind, clear, and super supportive throughout. Whole communication made things really easy to understand, and I always felt like I had a safety net, even when I had questions or made mistakes. During the trial, I had a mix of outcomes - some things I did really well, others not so much, and there were also areas I had never encountered before. But the team, including Romina, gave me constructive feedback that was both helpful and encouraging. They gave me the chance to explain my reasoning, adjust what needed improvement, or just learn something new on the fly. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that whole team genuinely wanted me to succeed. For other people in trial, some things that I can share from my experience that helped me a lot: 1. If you are not sure about some decision, sleep on it! And look at it with fresh eyes tomorrow. 2. Try to explain the reasoning behind some key decisions in a way that’s human-readable. 3. Value the feedback. Appreciate the positive feedback, and don’t feel defensive about the negative. Nobody knows everything, and we’re all here to communicate and find the best solution together. 4. If you don’t know something, don’t feel insecure - you have enough time to learn. And this ties into their creed: "Given time, there is no problem that’s insurmountable." This video was my go-to place for inspiration during the trial, helping me stay focused on what mattered! Good luck everyone!
