During our first phase training, we were given our first live assignment. We had to perfect and record our "ETR" or "earn the right". This was the most challenging assignment for me. We also had to use the Matrix SoColorCult Color Eraser to remove color from a Swatch. We colored these swatches during our training using SoColorCult Semi Permanent Royal Purple.
