Get the full range by controlling the weight all the way back up

Good advice - test it out with a single cable so you can have your arms closer. Shoulder width or even more narrow. Also one of the best bicep exercises when done correctly. Nice work G

I found this position to be so uncomfortable for me. I felt like my legs were going to slip from under me, I penned it down to a core and leg strength issue
@@KatMug the position can be uncomfortable. The angle of the bench also sometimes effects the comfortability of the exercise

If you are doing any pressing movements, you do not need to emphasize your front delts with an accessory. They will get overdeveloped and make the rest of your shoulder looks small

@@thesilentdrift111 you may to start off slow and controlled while also shorten your range of motion during the roll out instead of straighten all the way out.

Arnt shrugs an upper trap exercise? Also why did you do an extra exercise for the front delts when you already hit them with dumbbell press. Just curious as I am a beginner trying to learn.
@@CadeW-z9i You are correct, Instead of having an extra day in my split or even adding it to my back day I usually just add it to my shoulder day due to its importants in shoulder function and stability. Also being that dumbbell shoulder press hits all 3 heads of the shoulder deltoid, (anterior, posterior, and lateral) adding the front raise strictly only targets the front deltoid. I hope this helped with your question, which was a great question. Continue to learn, keep grinding.
