on May 6, 2024, I lost my boss who was really good to me and my big sister. This movie was one that I really remember watching when we were young. It was a special movie for us as kids. I know she still had some memories of us watching this. This movie and this song still and will always hold a great place in my heart. RIP Tiffany, I love you and I miss you. RIP Bernie, I love you like a father.

If only they had used this song at the end of the third film as they were dancing in the streets. And it was a song from the future and could have easily been the one they wrote to unite the galaxy.

Most beautiful and moving song ever made. Whenever I hear it, it puts me in a good and sentimental mood. It makes me think about early high school, when I first got into the movies, and how wonderful of a freshman summer I had. There were no responsibilities, no worries, just me, my then-girlfriend, and my art, thinking that the future was a long way away.

This is the greatest prom song of all time. Convince me otherwise I will wait.

This movie might have been, on the surface at least, a cheesy 80s US high school Dr Who rip off, but it was a lot more than that. It was about friendship, overcoming adversity, and love. Not to mention a totally excellent soundtrack. Great story, great characters, lots of 80s kitsch, and it sends out a very wholesome and beautiful message.

This song along with Bill & Ted 1 &2 got me through some dark times in my life. This song has real meaning and a very powerful message and all we have to do is listen to is, learn from it, apply it and live by it. Then maybe our future just might be "a most excellent place".
