We're a Veteran Owned & Operated business serving up Wagyu beef & other proteins with a palatable difference! Right now our selection includes: American Wagyu, 100% Full Blood Wagyu, Pasture Raised Berkshire Pork & locally raised lamb. All our meat and proteins are hormone-free & humanely raised by mid-western farmers. Our owner & founder, Patrick started the company to continue serving those he served during his time as an Army Ranger with 1st Ranger Battalion. His goal is to mentor & employ veterans to honor our brother in law, Staff STG. Jeremy A. Katzenberger, who was killed in action June 14th, 2011. We believe in high quality beef, giving back & supporting those who fought for our country’s freedom. Great meat- that gives back- it’s a win-win!
