Mam..2 weeks of mastectomy operation still cant move my hand..after how many days of mastectotmy i can do this exercise?

What a LOVELY collection of stretches. Having three weeks after a single mastectomy discovered that I had cording and having my physical therapist apply very strong pressure to relieve it in my armpit, I was very eager to learn as many techniques as possible that I could use to alleviate the problem. I really like your use of the word "lovely" for these exercises. Somehow it eases the distress about the condition! Thank you for making these techniques so easily understood.

Great videos! I have developed horribly painful cording and the stretches are helping so much!

Can you supply your own subtitles to this video as there are occasions during the video when youtubes automated subtitles are not correct. This then detracts from the understanding for those of us who are hearing impaired and rely on subtitles.

My sister had Lewy Body Dementia for 7 years. She had round the clock care givers at her house in Ridgefield, CT The last 3, were at The Residence, in Hamden, CT. She passed away peacefully on Jan 28, 2021. She couldn't walk or talk. Her mind was gone. I salute all the nurses, including the caregivers, and hospice, for taking such great of my sister. Blessings and prayers to all of u!.
