What size generator is needed to run these two machines? I bought the 4375 by predator. I’m having doubts.

I'm giving serious thought to this machine. IMHO 4 vacuum motors pulling that many watts is over the top unless you do unusually long hose runs daily. My typical run is an average of 100 to 125 with very few bumps up to 150 in an entire year. I'm not a newbie. Been cleaning since 1987 and I operated an electric Truckmount back in the mid 90's for several years. I actually still have it. It worked with two 7.2 inch 3-stage motors in series and with the Hypro pump pulled 28 amps. It easily handled my hose runs and was rated for 150 ft. Over that, it struggled, but I seldom went over 150 except a few times in a very large church auditorium. Some of the things available today like boosters either were not available at all or almost nobody knew about them. I'd really like to know how this machine has worked out for you and do you still use it? I didn't understand back then about how to use a generator with it and eventually went to gas engine truckmounts which have skyrocketed in price IMHO. Hydramasters most basic current unit is about 25 grand installed.

Kirby, the Royal all metal upright, Santaire/ Eureka upright, and the Hoover convertible commercial are the best vacuums for deep cleaning carpet, because they are direct air vacuums. Also they are designed to be fixed so they can last for many decades.

The water hog can be used to boost your psi for your truckmount or portable correct? Meaning you can plug your solution line into the water hog from your tm or porty and coming out of it will be your increased psi?

what brand, Model, and make of Generator did you get ?

Its basically the electric truckmount but in separate machines. I like that better because you can use the costumers electric on three separate circuits. The electric truckmount has two cords and 20 amps each and nobody has two 20 amp outlets. Maybe one if your lucky but I always come across 15 amp outlets. Three 15 amp outlets are available in every house.
