@ yes I just checked the other map the world edit got deleted and when I add it it just types a message not a command

The issue seems to be the exclamation mark, please try using the command without the ! part, like ';desel'

Thanks dude! The duplicate pack issue means that you are trying to import the same add-on multiple times. Try removing the currently imported one from Settings -> Files and try importing it again
