I understand why you didn’t do it earlier, when you’re DIY’ing, you think you can do everything your self. Something’s you need to leave to the professionals. Luckily the ones I made were before my siding went up and I incorporated them into my insulation.

Looks good, just bought a T1N myself. Used thinsulate, insulation is a job isn't it.

<-- 2yrs full-time #vanlifer here - The glue on the velcro will turn to soft goo under the heat of the sun & when you hit about 60mph on the highway, they will go flying, shredding the panels & damaging who knows what on your vehicle and/or others on the highway, possibly causing accidents. I tried adding Gorilla-glued velcro tabs to the insides of my windows to hold the reflectix shades as they tend to go limp from the heat & fall out of the window... the glue is fine until it gets hot out, then it turns to goo & your velcro tabs come off. Luckily for me, I was just using it inside. THAT application you are using is literally DANGEROUS. Use epoxy or don't do it.

I love the build and to see how it’s worked for full timing! Do you happen to have a link for the iPad holder! I have been looking a better mount for my son to use and one that doesn’t take up much space. This seems like exactly what I’m looking for! We are about 1 month out from starting our journey full timing in a 19ft travel trailer, but a van build is definitely in our future. Thanks for the detailed tour!

All the stuff in the cupboards is what makes most the noise. I only put kilmat mostly on the wheelbases

I made mine using a yoga mat. Seriously. It completely blocks out the light, it's easy to cut, it's firm yet flexible, it's soft and insulated, and condensation doesn't wreck it because it's made to withstand sweat. Also maybe a thick tarp would be a good material to use too?
