Wulfon Plays
Добавлен 29 июн 2022
Hey and welcome to my Let's Play channel! My name is Wulfon, and I like video games. In fact I'm rather passionate about video games and I want to share that passion with you, the viewer. I don't really have other goals as of now, because frankly, I don't know what I'm doing. This is reflected in videos that are unedited, because I don't have any video editing software or any real skills to operate one.
Since I live with two cats in a small apartment, you might see them on camera from time to time. They're not any particular breed, and in fact, where I live, we often call them something that could roughly be translated as farm cats. I believe another name for them is Domestic Shorthair.
The brother of the two, who has mostly black fur with white around nose and mouth, white underside and little white socks is called Loki. His sister has clearly more white on her, like white front paws. Her name is Mani.

this boss fight in mission 8 was complicated in the first attempts, I was used to shooting games like Battlefield, but it's very intuitive and I managed to get the hang of it, you did well too
I beat the game on xbox, even though it was just a few weapons, at least so far, it's cool to see the things that are in the pc version
Huh, wouldn't have thought the versions would be different in the era of multiplatform games. Neat!
@@wulfon in fact it is something to question, but it was released in 2010 so it is possible to understand a little
I just finished this game, I thought it was simply incredible, and the algorithm recommended your channel to me, I saw that you're currently on episode 6, I'm going to start watching to catch up
Is this your first time playing Super Metroid or is it just the first time with the Redux? What does it change? I noticed you don't have the wave beam and you're at the end of the game. Also looks like you can do some sort of mockball that leaves speed trails?
I've played the original once or twice, but it's been a long time, so I don't remember much. The Redux mainly makes the game a bit more like the GBA Metroids. Faster movement, item% and collected secrets on map, easier space jump, separate button for X-Ray, faster use of bombs and missiles, sprinting without having to hold down a button, and a whole list of other things I most likely didn't notice.
I loved this game as a kid
I like exploring and figuring out stuff. Makes the game fun!! lol
i Love the gameplay!! Can you give me any pointers. I play with the Blood Rusted Sword! I have no idea what im doing lol. Im doin like a balanced build with sword being more powerful. My Attributes are : 15, 16, 18, 10, 10, 10, 12, and 13 What else can i upgrade? Plus i have the fire throw on it. Sorry for being so long.
I'm not good at giving pointers. I suppose the important thing is to check what scales well with your chosen weapon and increase that. Dodging seems to be very useful, so managing stamina and equip load is important too. Spells (especially healing ones) have a long charging time, so you need to be very careful when to use them in battle. Also, enchanting items is very useful. You might get a plagued item with penalties if you're unlucky, but sometimes even those can be good items. Just check what the penalty is and maybe try enchanting something you're not using first, or at least have a backup item on hand if the result is something you didn't want.
@@wulfon Thanks man tht really helped me understand a lil bit better. I appreciate it.
That was a great video! Congrats Bro
Glad you enjoyed it!
This was the only Mega Man game I actually owned myself as a kid. We got the US version and got our NES modded with a friend of mine. I remember the Napalm Man stage spikes looking like the little needles they take a blood sample from your fingertip and couldn't shake that image still.
quick 30 minute gaming session
31:16 MAKOILU TACTICS
well played, not enough töhöts though
No such thing on this channel.
Golden Axe III next.
Maybe not next, but I'll keep it in mind.
I wonder, is the maze with the ghosts and the glowing dots a pac-man reference? Edit: yep, no doubt about it. even the side exit warps. :)
Never thought about it that way. It's a cool reference, if it is.
Wulfon Avatar multipass
In this episode of Pagan, The Avatar breaks in someone's house and rummages through their dirty laundry
You never know what wonders might hide there.
You missed the bonus level! Yeah, the new episode was great and this whole game might be my favorite remake of all time. But really, you should try to find the bonus level for full completion. With your last save you should still be able to do it.
I wonder if the body armor gives back health. I think I tried it but can't remember if it did.
That would make sense if it did. I honestly didn't think to look.
That scuba diver picture seen at the end of episode 2 is exactly the same as in Apogee's ScubaVenture title screen (maybe one or two details are different) and the player sprite in that game is based on that too. Anyway, can't wait to see you get to the new levels in episode 4! Hyvii videoit, oujee!
I saved the files and have the DOSox to play it. Part II is the best of them in my book.
I always thought Needle Man has a big red nose, which means he's been hitting the storages of Whiskey Man a bit too hard.
Ah yes, the 9th Robot Master that didn't make it into the final game.
It's extremely sad to see just how far Richard Garriott has fallen from grace, but... it is what it is. 😓 My first experience with Ultima was U4, and I loved U5 even more. I even placed homages to Ultima and M&M (JVC) in my series of books ("Diamond Dragons"). 🐲✨🐲✨🐲✨
This game was a trip and half for sure! Got pretty difficult near the end, with all the space travel and shit.
Keep up the great let’s play videos man! You will for sure go far! Majoras mask is my all time favorite game
Hell yeah! I love this game and blind let's plays of it! This is rare, nowadays there are mostly streamers doing this and the stupid chat spoils everything of course.
Glad you're enjoying! It's been an odd ride for sure. Fun, but odd.
Mega Man 10 is honestly one of my favourite games in the classic series. It has good amount of challenge without being unfair and I feel like developers really learned the mistakes of MM9 in that field. Soundtrack of 10 is also really awesome, Solar, Nitro and Chill Man being the best robot master themes and Wily Stages having exceptionally great tracks in my opinion. This playthrough was really enjoyable to watch, the Wily Castle was quite a ride indeed.
Yeah, the game is definitely better designed than MM9. Now if they could have also done something about any unfortunate misclicks during castle levels...
Ive also been playing this bout done with it tho
Hey my guy, just to let you know that I'm in Des Moines, IA in the USA and this has reached my recommended. Don't give up on your dreams!
my all time favorite game. great video cant wait to keep watching!

Hi
Spamming the spear = real gamer strats!
Thank u so much I did not know where to look for him I will subscribe to u now😊
No Wulfon... Poisoned Water Supply is very early on in the game. It's in Level 2 - you need to find a crack in the wall that leads to "A Dark Passage" or "Dark Passage". That leads to where the water is polluted, and you just need to kill all the monsters there. Then talk to Pepin.
Ah, I guess I just missed the entrance completely. Thanks for the info, but unfortunately it's not gonna help at this stage anymore.
@@wulfon Hey that's alright - a suggestion here. Do a Let's Play - Again! of Diablo and Hellfire with a different character... and this time you'll be able to catch all the quests. :) Remember - not all the quests are available in any given playthrough. These are most of the side/optional quests, as far as I can remember. 1. Butcher - injured and dying man in front of the church, Level 2 is the butcher's lair 2. Poisoned Water Supply - brownish water in the fountain, Dark Passage in level 2 3. Gharbad the Weak - around level 3 or 4, in the Church Dungeon, easily killed, gives you items 4. Ogden's Sign - Level 4, guarding the access to level 5 5. Zhar the Mad - In the Catacombs level, found standing alone in a room, talks to you at first and gives you a book, then attacks you if you loot his bookshelf 6. The Heavenly Rock - Griswold gives you the quest 7. Arkaine's Valor - find the book in the Catacombs levels 8. The Chamber of Bone - again, find the book in the Catacombs levels 9. Halls of the Blind - yet again, find the book in the Catacombs levels 10. Black Mushroom - Fungal Tome in the Caves 11. Anvil of Fury - Griswold gives you the quest 12. Warlord of Steel - in the Hell levels, he guards the passage to the next level so it's sorta compulsory to kill him 13. Lachdanan - in the Hell levels, go to the level below him to find an elixir (the helm he gives you isn't that amazing though, in my opinion) And that should be it. I hope you'll do another playthrough with Rogue or Sorcerer - or the real melee powerhouse of Warrior. :) Cheers!
She gets stronger in the rematches. Her 2 rematch is much worse because she changes her Pokemon with stronger balance.

I always felt the Catacombs music was the creepiest in the game, tied with Caves music. Mainly because the Church Dungeon levels, at some point in the music, you could hear calmer parts with choirs singing peacefully, like there was hope that you could cleanse the place. In the Catacombs though, you can hear psychotic laughter like that of witches or succubi, and even the cries of ghostly babies... it gets to you when you've heard it for awhile.
Back to church again, to teach a basic Sunday School lesson to evil vandalising goblin-devils - children, remember... God doesn't like vandalising... :P haha
Whoo-hoo!!! Diablo & Hellfire!!! 😄👏
Haven't had time to record new episodes for current projects, so this is kinda like a rainy day upload in the meanwhile. Glad you're enjoying it.
Ahh, and now you become Sir Wulfon.
Hey there Wulfon! Been wondering if anyone would be a doing a playthrough of Ultima Underworld recently and behold! You're doing it. Subscribed and will be checking back to your channel dutifully. :D
Hopefully you'll enjoy, because there is a lot of the game left.
This is easily my favourite Capcom's Disney license game on the NES, it's quite challenging and I remember the final boss giving me some hard time.
For me it's a tough choice. They're all so good. Probably would have to go with the first Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers.
In UO headless its a weak monster, here it's like a titan hahaha, real nostalgic type of game
Haven't played UO myself, but Headless appear in U5 and I don't remember them being this tough there either.
Hope you do well with the rest of the play through 👍
yo nice video dude
3:47 Ah, the classic Mega Man 3 moment, that has happened to me so many times that I instinctively jump every time when the flying platform emerges from that silo thing. 16:18 I've found out that trick myself too, it's very handy. I think that it works in MM2 too, but I'm not sure. Regarding to the Doc Robot levels, they kind of feel like a filler content, but some of them are actually pretty fun. I personally find the Spark and Shadow Man levels hardest ones of those, mostly because certain MM2 rematches kind of suck.
This Let's Play was fun to watch. I've not played the Ritual of the Night myself, but I've understood that Curse of the Moon games are kind of alternate timeline from it. The first form of that final boss is kind of tricky as the position of his hands determines the path of that black&red thing. About the Nightmare Mode, it is basically a continuation to the story where you play the levels through with Miriam, Alfred and Gebel, meaning that some alternate routes in earliest levels are accesible. Other differences in that mode are that characters have less health at the start, bosses have some new twists in their patterns and the final level and boss are completely different. In other words, it is harder than the first playthrough for sure, especially in Veteran mode. There are also some different endings besides the normal ending you got. Nightmare mode has its own ending, but there are two other endings that can be accessed by playing only as Zangetsu. Other characters can be skipped by passing or killing them, latter giving some new abilities to Zangetsu like additional sword technique, double jump and running. Wow, what an essay I wrote, sorry for that :D
This game really is fun, it takes the best elements of the Classicvanias while keeping its own identity. I also think that the difficulty is pretty spot-on in this, and it's a bit shame that the Curse of the Moon 2 went all-out with the difficulty, although I still like it. By the way, desperation attacks cannot kill you, avoiding them gives an extra life which doesn't really matter in the Casual Mode as the lives are unlimited.
Oh, I see. Somehow it seemed fitting that the thing I called a desperation attack would've been your final hurdle over the boss. Or maybe I just had Final Fantasy on the brain.
Nice! Never done a melee playthrough myslef 👍🏻👍🏻
It honestly wasn't as bad as I thought at first. I usually don't like playing melee if I am given the choice to play as something else.
Always looking forward to a next part 👍🏻
