Let’s build a set of tools to cope when we are in a funk and learn the difference of when we might need help vs when we can do it alone. The reality is everyone hurts and has probably walked through similar things before - having a support system is key to getting through those moments.
Great video! I have all sorts of opinions but none that I feel would be great for a quick comment on youtube! But I agree! What about "OMG look at our digital transformation!!!" when they literally just implemented their first firewall for their company. Like no, you are just getting the foundation of the house setup, you aren't doing anything special.
Bookstore not PCI compliant I see. lol. Thank you for breakfast recommendation. Will add to my list. Since day one breakfast in Canada for me has been way different than here (much better I mean).
It was fantastic having you on the IRGame! You rocked it! I also agree with transferable skills and helping people to see them. Your example or someone who's been a server, in customer service etc. having great transferability to help desk work was a good one.

Thanks for the shoutout! It is so crazy to hear how people come up with business names. I know some people who buy companies and own several companies often name their companies like "The Best Flowers" for a florist. Because it helps with SEO and things like that. Because then when people search "The best flowers near me" they get that shop. But I personally never shop at those places.
I like a unique name as well - something that says something about the type of service or what makes them special :)
