DIY Soldering Microscope Using Web Cam or any USB Cam Joule Works
Welcome to Joule Works
This is my attempt of DIY Soldering Microscope Using Web Cam or any USB Cam. You may not be able to follow my steps as it is, but you can get an idea how to make one yourself.
For this soldering microscope I used Quelima SQ12 Mini Camera, this works as a 720P usb web cam. You can be creative and use any kind of USB cam/ Web Cam for this.
And for the lens, I used a lens from an old camera (I guess..) which I bought form a junk shop.
I have used a 3D printed parts (PETG material), but no use of sharing those files because you can't follow my design as it is. (Actually if you are creative, you can do this even whiout any 3D printed parts.

Multi Function Tester TC 1 Cheap LCR Meter & Transistor Tester Review & Testing Joule Works
This is a cheap multifunction tester that you can by online around 16USD. It is really worth for its price specially for hobbyist. You can test, resistance, capacitance, inductance (Functions similar to LCR meter), diodes including Zener diodes, transistors (BJT, FET, MOSFETS etc.) and also DIAC &TRIAC. Feel free to comment anything down below. If you like this video please like, share & subscribe
DIY Variable Bench Power Supply 50V, 5A Using ATX Power Supply & WZ5005 module Joule Works
Welcome to Joule Works This is a powerful DIY digital variable bench power supply with lots of options. I have used ATX power supply, WZ5005 module and a step up boost converter. The variable power output is 0-50V/ 5A (CC/CV), and also 3.3V, 5V & 12V fixed outputs (Max. 10A) . Total output power max. 223W. WZ5005 module will output maximum about 150W. I have used a 3D printed casing (PETG mater...
RGB LED Strip (WS2812 or WS2812b) Decoration using Arduino - Joule Works
This is a cool arduino based RGB LED strip decoration project. I have used 5V WS2812 strip 60 leds per meter. I 3D printed panels and stands, but you can be creative to find a way to make the panels without 3d printer, there are lot of options available. To Download Arduino Code and LEDMatrixStudio design file use below link drive.google.com/drive/folders/1XlE2hcpy-FyVEZ_BkkAeFwY-qcediGyY?usp=s...
What Cad software did you use?
FFS, learn to solder…..that black wire on the led will fall off if not for the hs.
Shut the stupid, noisy ass music off.
Can you send us some Lotus / Budurasmala LED Studio Matrix design files for this 8 x 15 LEDs ?
would have been better to watch without this horrible music.
Are you sure wz5005 module will boost 12v to 50 volts. I do not think so because it is a buck module.
That's why he builds a 400W stepper module between the ATX power supply and the wz5005 module.
Bro i need this tell me the price
Good
saftware link app please

Yeah glue the potentiometer screws and sockets and fuses because screws just mysteriously wind themselves. You didn't glue the case screws, it will fall to bits, in fact just dip the whole box into glue just to be sure.
Led light glare is visible, Overall excellent DIY.
You should sell this. It looks more affordable than a market micro scope,of the same quality
I have the same boost converter. I boosted 12V to 30V, I only could get 3A max and the input current was above 10A. I tried 3.5A but input current raised upto 15A, there's a 15A fuse at the input side. In this video he boosted 12V upto 54.5V. I'm pretty sure maximum you can get is around half an amp at 54.5V.
That image quality. 💯👍👍👍
Well done!
I would be interested in 3D printing the casing but could you please export your Solidworks files in .step format so everyone can use them. Solidworks files are not compatible with any other software.
Hi
The code you have given is wrong..i tried doing this experiment and nothing is showing in the lcd display..why can't you give correct details of the code?
great video please just dont use such bad music
Also include automatic led, zener tester.
Use loctite for nuts.
Remove covers from power supply for better cooling, also remove excess wires from power supply board directly. Very nice job, the case looks good.
How can you make this miracle happens? Using a 225W power source and a boost converter (91% to 96% efficiency) you'll get up to 250W output? 216W at its best. Do the math.
As the video description, he mentioned max total is 223w and that variable voltage module 150w max.
wth was crawling on the pcb xD
how many lens that you use. thank you
Just one
Why you used 100 Ohm resistor on pin V0, thank you for respond ?
Bravo! Well done!
To correctly measure the battery capacity, you need the discharge current to be stable, and as the battery discharges, the current starts to drop, you need to create a current stabilization program in the sketch and control it using a PWM transistor to discharge through a resistor
excelent !
ese es un tutorial de calidad
👌👌👌👌👌
Thank you so much !
keren om
Can you give the size of lens sir?
Super
this is exactly what I need for school project....please I can buy you a coffee....I want to request a comprehensive lesson video pls

Those are solder mites.. responsible for producing the 'tin whiskers' you see protruding from that IC's right side
good job.
What is the amp rating for the fuses?
so any future plan on autofocus?
I am new to circuit making, can you explain to me the operating principle of the mosfet in the circuit?
