I am classified as a male witch with the gift of such. I can see things yet to be and have been told I have power beyond all. I don't depend on stones or mediums or cards, but go to out of body experiences and can see the past for the sake or the future. Can go to at least five places at once when helping others find their ways. Being Scottish, Welsh, and Irish in ancestry, have many family members who claim their family identity to Druid ancestry, and believe in what I see and know for a fact. Experiences for 45 years have shown me it is not a sham, but for real, if one knows the ways and how to deal with the power one has been given of. Just saying, don't look down on one who says he can see things or has certain powers. One never knows.

I was just in my room the other night laying on my bed thinking about philosophy of witchcraft when my crystal necklace that I hang from my ceiling started moving. I was just thinking of witchcraft and listening to witchy music so I was like oh crap did I invite something in that shouldn’t be here. When I got closer I found an orb weaving spider climbing up and down it. As a practitioner of Hekate I was immediately drawn to her as spiders are envoys of the goddess. I’ve always had that connection with nature and especially its animals. I now have her as a welcome familiar and gift directly from the goddess I love. I’m still learning more about Druidic practice but I feel it’s the path I belong to.

I seek the knowledge these films provide. It all contributes answers to the questions I have. The title Druid is one that many covert, and it dose hold a certain gravity of meaning for me, although if I accept it, I feel it limits me in some ways. If you only see yourself as a singular you blind yourself to other possibilities. One thing that has become clear for me is that it is a very lengthy (many decades, basically a lifetime and more ) and overwhelming task to learn even a fraction of what is to be known. If I could ever know enough to be worthy of being known as a Druid it would give me a sense of connection to the universe and some of what it consists of. At this stage I feel a better description of title for me is one of Student of my connection to universe. With the limited time of a single life, I feel it is vastly important to have a mentor who is much further along the path of the knowledge that is sort, this has been one of my major drawbacks, if you have to loose time wandering in an erratic path trying to make connections from unilinear curriculum it take so much longer to piece it together. Also there are those who are decisions that seek to hide or manipulate for their own gain, further removing us from our true connection to the universe and our earth, changing from the lunar calendar to the solar is just one example, it has put us out of sync with our true connection to the universe the start of the year should be the beginning of spring, when life is brought into the world, as such should the first month should be march, hence October (October Octo = 8, December Deci, = 10.) I feel the old Druids understood more than we will ever know, the knowledge is still there, but guarded and kept secret, you have to be very dedicated and persistent to find it. For there are those who’s deceit would be revealed and their power destroyed. Knowledge can sometimes be a double edged sword, empowering but also frightening, because once things become clear you can’t unsee them it can become a task to find the answer. All the best on your journeys, I hope it brings great knowledge and peace, and you can pass it on to fellow travellers.

I can’t help but notice that all the leaves in the trees a blowing in the breeze but not a hair in your head is moving ! I doubt you know the difference between a Celt and a Gael or what language Gaelic was and is ! Before the Dan.

😂the modern druids are a construct of Tibetan buddhism and Hinduism combined , they no longer divinate the future from the entrails of their enemies they can no longer predict harvests or the coming of the salmon etc by the rising and setting of the stars they no longer travel to the otherworlds after drinking mushroom mead to seek wisdom healing and advice, they just do Buddhist things with beards ,they are not druids a dog born in a stable isnt horse even if you put a saddle on it

Druidic Greetings Denis, at the moment I am walking The Ovate's Path in the Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids since 2022. As a Modern Druid I observe all our sisters and brothers of Mother Nature, I observe the shapes of the landscape. I eat as much organic, fresh and locally as possible. I practice bear feet Shirin-Youku. I study, research and practice everything related with Natural, Holistic and Quantum Medicine. I do volunteering work at a Wild Animals Rescue Center nearby where I live. I help others with healing work and natural plant based remedies, some of them homemade by me. In my walks I catch litter. I am learning how to make my own home made natural cosmetic products to protect Mother Earth. I quit use nails' polish to protect Mother Nature. As a handicraft artisan woman I search for natural fibbers and items as much as I can to protect Mother Earth. I teach my son, who have arrived physically to Planet Earth in 2007, the Love, Respect, Reverence for all forms of life in all Multiverse as much as I can. I read, listen music and seek Awen in everything and in every moment of my daily life. In this adventure on Planet Earth I have chosen to come as a Portuguese woman and at the moment I live in Magical Portugal, where I research ancient wisdom from these lands. I love to meet and chat with fellow Druids. Every time I pick up some plants, flowers, resins, etc. from our Sisters and Brothers of the Vegetable Kingdom I ask permission and after I say thanks, and I try to cause as less harm as much as I can to our Sisters and Brothers of the Vegetable Kingdom. My Soul is Druid. My Religion is Nature and my Church are the Trees. For me Mother Nature/Earth is not a it Is a She. I consider druids my brethren, my siblings. I'm an eclectic pagan, my roots are in the faiths that have shaped me the most and that I have my heritage from: Finnish paganism and Hellenism. I'm a born Finn, but the Greek ways have always called for me, I've felt it in my soul as much as I've been able to see the daemon since I was 6. I've studied Druidism a bit, in my quest to establish my own individual faith and practice. We share a lot, we are all inquisitive minds that are kin with nature, respect it all as sacred as we are a part of it and all of it has the presence of various spirits and gods.

I read that druids came from a cross continental culture that spread from Ireland all the way to India. The theory goes is that they were very related to vedic Brahmans which is certainly an interesting thought!

Though it CAN be a religion with ritual magic. A modern Celtic Wicca, but it is so much more, that it takes lifetimes to learn and study. However, it is also just as much, a philosophy of Spirit. The participation and the observance of the cycles of Life and Death. The knowledge and wisdom is not only observed and gained through Nature, the land, gods, goddesses, the seasons and the stars, but it is also a personal journey WITHIN through experiences, meditation, culture and personal growth. It is built on the foundation of AWEN (The Source of Inspiration), ancient lore and the connections and threads of the universe, which can be seen in natural omens, dreams, music and storytelling. You COULD read, write and observe Modern Druidry. You COULD study alone or with others. You WILL know if you have changed enough, to become a Druid or Bard or Ovate. You will be directed by a Spirit or Muse from the AWEN, that MAY or MAY NOT be your Higher Self . The word matters not. It is a sense of being ONE with Life and the Universe. It is ALL or AWEN! Create poetry, stories, art and draw from this Source Within. Use Love, Light and Compassion. Open your Mind and your Heart and experience the invisible and visible connections of the Earth. Hi,All my life I have been drawn towards the Celts,pagans and Druids,I'm 46 now and have accumulated many books,artifacts etc and recently someone claiming to be a clairvoyant told me I was a Druid in a former life,I've always wondered and worried about seeing someone of this nature because I've been haunted since i was a child from an entity of some sort!
