My Toyota Sienna 2020 (42K miles) didn’t start in two separate occasions after filling up the fuel tank. The symptom was similar to when the battery is low on voltage or dying, I could hear the starter trying to crank the engine for about 5 seconds but it would give up. Today I replaced the Canister Evap Purge Solenoid Valve that I got from Amazon (see link below), then I went and filled up the gas tank this 3rd time and was able to start the Sienna front the first try with no issues. What is the Exact name and model of those cruise. ?. I ben looking for some..
Kicker GR120 - link in the description. Enlace en la descripción del video
When will the review be?
Sorry for taking forever with that, been pretty busy lately. If you have any specific questions about, I should be able to answer
@@ALLVEHICLEOWNERS No problem. I understand getting busy. I will subscribe and wait for your review. Thx for the reply
Check for any loose hoses and anything disconnected everything looked in place so would you recommend to go ahead and replace purge valve and vaper canister purge
@@lajabrianspann3234 , by only replacing the purge valve my problem got solved
Where do I find the seatbelt for the middle seat ?
Turbocharged like that’s gonna prevent you from getting gapped by a 2.5 camry
Say no to illegal street racing, be safe out there
The GT line intake is the exact same one used on the GT model with the 2.5T with 290hp and you can simply unhook the diverter tube and cap the hole on the intake for the same BOV effect. No need to spend money on these name brand companies.
I tried that first, adding a BOV does improve the sound and loudness of the turbo blow off
@ I added a BOV trumpet to the tube and it’s louder than the spacer
@@christianprusinski , that’s a good idea, I think I’m going to try that. Thanks

This isn't helping after the Sept 2024 sw update for my '21Seltos... Everything worked fine previously. Kia says to take it to a dealer which I really want to avoid and don't think I should have to pay anything to get this fixed! If anyone has an idea please respond!
Oh no! I’m sorry to hear that! I hope you can find the solution, and specially DIY. When my K5 lost connection it was not right after a sw update. It was out of nowhere. I need to look back on my videos to see if I did the sw update either long time before this issue or sometime after. And my update was done around 2022
@@SeviDad this is the update that was just released in fact there hasn't been an update since last October 2023 at least for my seltos. So it hasn't been almost a year but I have done a couple of them before that and never had this kind of issue. I just removed the negative battery cable for 10 minutes to see if that helps reset the modem. Will pin this conversation on my phone to remember to update it. Running out of things to try.
@@douglastaylor999 are you getting all zero numbers on the modem info page?
No, the disconnecting the ground for 10 minutes did not help, exact same problem. It really ticks me off that we pay $200 a year for the best setup and then an update breaks it and I'm sure it will not be considered in warranty.... Unfortunately, this reflects how things are going with Kia these days, with the engine problems and transmission problems etc etc. Really disappointing.
@@douglastaylor999 in my case, I did the software update myself, downloading it from a page that Kia has for that. But I agree that if they did it at the dealer, they should fix it
Pro tip, check your obd port daily to see if any pending codes and what codes show up first so you can determine the real cause !
Thanks for the advice!
All my screws in my kicker comp c10s have jiggled out and don't hold anymore. And finding small enough screws but thick enough is difficult
Sorry to hear that. Maybe you can try turning the sub a few degrees to either side so that the subwoofer frame holes no longer align with the box holes. Then you can make new holes and insert the same screws or new ones if needed. If that works, it will be best if you seal the old holes with silicone to avoid air escaping
Do it bump doe?
Yes, the subwoofer bumps pretty good!
So these won't work for the comp q class ?
@@christinaabundiz1888 if it fits, I’m not aware. But the information from the Kicker’s website is as follows “These subwoofer grilles fit most KICKER legacy subwoofers, including CompVR, CompVT, Comp, CompS, CompD, and the 2010 CompVX.”
How long was the ratchet extension you used to get to the inner, hard to reach screw? And would you advise a flexible extension or a rigid one for that step? Thanks!!
Hi, I didn’t have the right tools for that part of the process, I had to use creativity applying leverage to my small allen with an adjustable wrench. But I recommend more adequate tools in the description of the video. I recommend a rigid one
Here’s the Amazon link to the recommended allen set. amzn.to/3ZJTlxx As an amazon associate, I earn from qualifying purchases, however this won’t result in additional costs to you.
no tune needed?
@@johndeer-dv4wy that’s right, no tune is needed
What’s the name of the app .. I want to download it
The App name for iPhone is Expert. There seems to be three options of this app with a slightly different name, they all look the same
How u get it to sound louder
With this BOV installation, I can get some loud sounds mostly with the gas pedal release timing, doing this when the turbo has charged the most boost and before it actually uses it. Mine also has the K&N intake filter in place of the filter box.
@ALLVEHICLEOWNERS I have the aem setup with the boomba Racing Blow Off Valve Adaptor does the bms hit harder?
its the install the same for the 23 gt k5?
The install I show is only for the EX, GTLine and lower trims with the 1.6T engine. It doesn’t apply for the 2.5T GT
Now go get a Spectre intake 45* intake tube to replace the intake silencer/baffle just before the turbo inlet. Or get a full intake. Nice how to vid 👍🏼
Thanks for your comment! I look forward to do that mod, waiting for the right moment to change the whole intake system including the turbo inlet silencer.
We bought one of these for our K5 and have an intake as well It is the weakest BOV sound imagineable. I have a similar plate on my Hyundai Tucson and it's much louder than the K5 is
Thank you for your comment, I would love to hear how it sounds on the Tucson. As for the K5, I’m pretty happy with this mod, it makes it more fun to drive! I also have some ideas to make it sound louder, just need to have some free time to give it a try.
There are sound adjustment screws in it, have you played around with those to get the desired sound?
@phillipbrazil2108 where would the screws be on this little adapter tho I don't see any. It's more of a baby psst sound if anything
@@WIDERisBETTER from what I see there are 3 along the side of it. BMS has the same on their’s but I believe their’s are just 3 holes without screws
Can’t u just disconnect the Mass Flow Sensor during the progress then reconnect it when u are done?
I didn’t disconnect it, but I have seen comments of people that have disconnected it during installation. The important part is to make sure you take picture of the correct orientation before so you have a reference when you install back. Also ensure that the wiring connector is put back in correctly.
so you like it ? should i git it?
Hi, I love this digital EQ DSP, it's a great tool and it helps to repair frequencies that my car factory stereo is filtering out (killing). The sound from my speakers is much better with this device. You should get it. Here's the Amazon Link amzn.to/3PJ9K1s

I tried doing mine today and messed up pretty badly and don’t know what to do.. I got 2 bolts off but the one that might be hard for everyone which is in between all the plastics and frame if that’s what it is. Long story short I ended up stripping that bolt trying to loosen it and getting it out but nothing. Just ended up putting everything back to how it was and thats that. Please any guidance would be appreciated!!
I’m sorry to hear that! If the bolt got stripped, there are ways to take it out, but you should have replacement bolts in hand because that one might no longer work. Those bolts are very tight, is important to have the right size allen wrench and preferably the T type like the ones I included the link for in the description.
@harrisq2046 take out the rubber hood stopper above the screw/on top of plastic and u can stick a long Allen key down into it and grab top with some channel locks & turn just enough to get it loose then twist rest of the way with your fingers. Had this issue myself til I remembered to remove stopper. Hope this helps!
You should put "Ascend" in the title. The Avid GT is a different tire than the Avid Ascend GT. Wasted a bunch of time watching something that doesn't pertain to the tires I'm trying to research.
Thank you for your feedback, I will update the title. Sorry for the inconvenience.
@@ALLVEHICLEOWNERS good man!
Thank you!! These Will be my next tires for my compact sedan, i am using right now the Avid envigor tires and i am very happy with them! Thanks
Hi, thank you for your comment! The Avid Ascend have worked really well for me.
did it ever feel like you lost some power after the install or. Nah
No lost of power with the install.
My man that HOT air intake definitely lost you some power
Not really, the car still feels powerful enough. I kept the air intake guide that brings air from the front to where the intake filter seats. I don't feel like there's any heat soak during winter and cooler months, might be a different story during summer.
I hear nun of stutututu 😂
😂 haha, stutututu might need some other mods
