Great vids bro! I appreciate you talking to me on the train 🙌🏾🖤
Good talking to you…glad you liked the videos!
How fast does your ebike go?
Max is 20 MPH for the motor to “help” since that’s the limit for E-Bikes in general…if an e-bike is able to go faster using the motor only it’s classified as motorcycle and need a motorcycle license
So GoPros are allowed? I want to take mine but was unsure.
Yeah GoPros are allowed at Citi Field...made sure to check the rules before bringing it...last year tried bringing a GoPro to a Jets game at MetLife Stadium and it wasn't allowed there.
It’s amazing how many fans don’t even watch the game
I have been doing food delivery with my Brompton in Brooklyn since 2020 as part time. Made around $50k so far from this part time gig while maintaining a full time IT job.
That's pretty good...best I did from food delivery as far as making money was in 2020...was living in and did delivery in Manayunk area of Philly (also center city but found I could make more money around Manayunk) at that time and think I averaged over a thousand a month for a couple months during the summer of that year and made over $4000 total in 2020 doing delivery as a part-time gig, usually delivering from around 5PM-7:30PM and sometimes staying out a bit later if it was going well...tried to be home by sunset or a little after since don't like biking in the dark. Best delivery service to deliver for in Manayunk was Caviar and the pay from them was much better than what I currently see from Uber Eats and DoorDash (was guaranteed at least an average of $11 per delivery over the course of the week in the Manayunk area)...Caviar has since been bought by DoorDash so even if I were still in the Manayunk area I wouldn't be making the same money from delivery...think the $1000+ that I made for a couple months would be under $700 now for the same work. Map of my biking doing deliveries in the Philly area in 2019-2020 including earnings for each day: ruclips.net/video/-MG8gTjnYP4/видео.html
Whoa, slow down.
You are driving too fast lol Other than lunch and dinner … is breakfirst time busy ? In Hobokan or Newport malls area 2024 ? Any tips - thx
Give up it’s shit
They should really link the two stations
Dang that makes quite a clunk when it hits. I ordered one thinking the green circles were velvet, I guess it's just paint. Have to cancel my order.
It’s a cloth.
This is my current hypothetical plan for our Amtrak segment connection. Good on ya, helpful info!
You always find a way to make cities look good!
Nice video!! What's the size and range of your battery and how was it working out there?
Battery is the built-in battery in the Gocycle GX which is 294Wh as specified at gocycle.com/us/webstore/spares/gocycle-gx-battery-294wh, though the area was flat enough that I would have been OK delivering with a regular bike...see other videos on the channel where I deliver on a Brompton folding bike that is not electric...how is was is pretty much shown in the video since all the deliveries were recorded (and was awhile ago is so don't remember other details that well)...that day is the only time I've actually delivered or even been to that particular area...as I noted in a reply to another comment one of my deliveries didn't feel that safe so not sure if I'd want to deliver in that area again.
Great video of the city, I have to try that ride. Thank you!
You make everyday America look really good!
Ha! My wife used to cook Thai food at Reading Terminal. Now we go to Philly to walk and eat, but I need to get her over to the Liberty Bell. Nice video again!
I get to learn a lot about our area because of your videos. Thank you!
I have a Trek Marlin 5 Gen 2 and also do Uber Eats on bike
That was fun!!!
Thanks for highlighting places in NJ. It's a nicer place than people think.
_Cool and interesting cycling tour video, the stunning beauty of wonderful city neighborhood scenery is clearly shown and accompanied by beautiful music. Great to be able to watched it, thank you so much for sharing._
Great video! Love the music, especially at the 11 minute mark and the Amazon store looks fun. Thanks!
You belong on a wheaties box! BTW I grew up there!
Great idea but soooo expensive! An Uber or Lyft may be cheaper at times.
Think this video would be way better without the music
Loved watching the video. I have a Brompton folding bike myself, but its an expensive bike, so id say it would take a lot of deliveries to pay back that investment. At least you get fit with the work as a bonus.
Food delivery isn't my main job, just a side hustle that I sometimes do in good weather...Initially bought the Brompton (and other folding bikes) because it's easier to store in an apartment and to take on the train, but it does work well for food delivery since I can often take the bike inside for pickups / deliveries rather than needing to lock it up outside.
Very handy being able to bring the bike inside the premises , as i ve heard of Delivery peoples bikes getting stolen when they have to got into an appartment complex where their heavy ebike wouldnt go.
Looks like fun, and a bit of a change from the brompton videos.
i gave up after watching 1 second. tooooooo fast
$3 orders terrible in a rich area to pay such low tips
Expensive bike rides
that was a lot of work but another fun video to watch!
It looks like your hourly rate is really low, I'm assuming time is total time online and not time of day?
Yeah it’s total time and in some cases includes biking to the area where I did food delivery…also cases where I forgot to stop tracking my ride at the end and didn’t realize it for awhile so there can be added time from that.
NJ is not an easy place for us to cycle but you make it look fun and interesting!
A lot of bike trails, not too much of that here in NJ, but it looks like a nice place. In a couple of weeks my wife and I will be in Portsmouth NH and a friend told us to visit Portland so thanks again for the video!
ᑭᖇOᗰOᔕᗰ
Boston is a nice looking city, thanks for the video!
OMG the stairs haha
Believe the delivery with the stairs was to an apartment in public housing and the building didn't feel too safe...looked at the elevator and it didn't look to be in good shape and didn't want to risk being stuck in an elevator in that building, so decided to take the stairs.
Nice walk on a beautiful day and a nice bit of history. Miss the Brompton 😀
I don't get it there are so many Chili's, Panera Breads etc in my ares Patchogue NY and it's so hard to become a Dasher, any suggestions iam ready to roll Lectric Xp with big back rack .🤔🤔 Thanks for your support!
Nice Video, GO CYCLE!!👍👋🚵🚵♀️
Hey Buddy I was wondering if I can be a Dasher in Patchogue NY area Suffolk County? I have a new Lectric xp 2 and trying to get work making deliveries but I have no connections. I already applied on the Dasher app but it's going on 3months and checker has not finished my background check and iam ready to work I need the Money,Hey I will work for you if you would hire me Babylon is not to far from me.
Would you say delivering on a Brompton is a good idea or not? I'm from the UK and currently looking in to a Brompton B75 for using leisure and delivering... Is this a really bad idea?
Really depends on the area as far as whether or not delivery on a bike is "worth it" as far as money and if it's feasible to do delivery on a Brompton...in the Center City area of Philadelphia was able to do OK delivering on a Brompton but in other areas (especially hilly areas or areas where I'm given longer-distance delivery offers) found it's better to use an electric bike...delivering on the Brompton is nice in that I can usually fold the bike and take the folded bike into the restaurant for pickup and apartment building / business for delivery rather than needing to lock it outside, though there have been a couple cases of places not letting me take a bike into the building so still need to have a lock with me for cases like that.
@@bikefooddelivery5910 I'm still very undecided but I've always wanted a Brompton!
Nice waterfront and nice video!
Was just there today and test rode a few of the different lines and configurations! Definitely want to purchase one tomorrow 😌
hey I had a question thinking of doing Doordash on an e scooter, do you make some good money doing the bike version currently doing uber driving but I want to stop that and switch over to e scooter save some money. is it worth the money you make? thank you
I've mostly done DoorDash and other food delivery apps as a side thing and generally have tried to deliver at the busiest time around dinner so don't really know what the money would be as a more full time thing (best I made in a month was around $1300 and that was delivering most days with good weather from around 5-8)...Obviously depends partly on where you deliver...Have been cases where I've had the app on for awhile but don't get any offers.
If you don’t mind me asking, what saddle do you use. I’m having trouble finding one that works for me on my 3 speed Brompton.
Using the standard Brompton saddle that came with the bike...seems to work ok for me.
Nice ride and in this heat! Music is good also. Thanks again!
Nice to see Piscataway, I grew up there. But we definitely need safer streets in this state. Good video again, thanks!
