Unless it’s a pc mod which it might be seeing his deadeye is purple. On console I think you’d click L1 with a shotgun out and take out something else it works with pistols not sure on melees

Honestly, humour in this game is IMO best thing about this game, and even then, I can totally understand why many people hate it. Because humour far too often destroys any serious scenes. Because, obviously, if there isn't a joke for 5 seconds, that equals bad writing. /s
