I'm honestly pretty worried about the next two Avengers films. I'm willing to give RDJ's performance a chance. I mean, he's a phenomenal actor. But the decision felt lazy, considering this was never their original plan (Kang was, and that was one of Marvel's biggest fumbles), and it's like Marvel knew they were in thin ice, they knew they have no time to build up or develop Doom's character, so it feels like they're using a casting stunt to cover up how they'll potentially portray him. And considering he's only appearing in the F4 first steps post credits scene before Doomsday, that makes me feel like my worries are coming true, considering he might not have clear connections to the F4. I've seen some reports saying that Reed will be treated like Tony and Doom like thanos; they won't have a connection like in comics. If this is true, then this is a stupid decision. Taking away those connections would be a major disservice to both characters. Their rivalry is what made the Secret Wars 2015 story so iconic, and taking that away would ruin it. Doom's hatred for Reed is literally the foundation of his motivations. Taking that away, like I said before, would ruin his character. And him only showing up in f4 first steps post credits scene makes my worries become more intense. See, the thing is, what made the Infinity Saga so good was that it benefitted from a cohesive vision. The Multiverse Saga just lacks that because of how directionless phases 4-5 feel and the switch from Kang to Doom indicates a lack of clear vision. It feels more like a last-minute replacement rather than an organic integration of the story. But hey, it is what it is, so all we can do is hope for the best ig.

Nostalgia is not wrong, using Nostalgia to make a profit on a movie that has no story whatsoever is wrong. NWH is a prime example. The movie is dumb. The story is based on a plot hole, and yet people loved it and watched it BECAUSE Tobey and Andrew were in it. They used nostalgia to make money on a movie that isn't good. They used nostalgia to blind the audience on the quality of the movie and how shitty, not only the script, but also the VFX were during the first week.

Sam absolutely needs to take a Small dosage of the Serum if it's even going to seem Plausible that he could stand any sort of chance against Red Hulk and pretty much every other villain in the forth coming marvel movies... Him without the serum only works in the Comics setting unless he's somehow going to be Batman and have all sorts of contingencies there's absolutely no way he should be fighting a Hulk

I agree… Endgame is my all time fav comic book movie and one of my fav movies ever. secret wars is promising, but it won’t have the impact Endgame had. It will sure be difficult to replicate.

Multiverse ruined it for me honestly, “What If?” Season 1 and Deadpool and Wolverine were like the only multiverse mcu movies that was good to me imo and i was so excited to watch Quantumania since i love Ant man and i walked out that theater disappointed
